George Soros's dark money network just flipped Wyoming's conservative legislature to RINO control.
Now a left-wing-funded DC think tank published a blueprint to do it to 1,700 more American towns.
The document names exactly which communities they're targeting – and why.
The Heartland Visa Plan to Flood 1700 Conservative Counties With Foreign Migrants
The Niskanen Center – a D.C. think tank that took $300,000 from George Soros's Open Society Foundation specifically for immigration work – just released a report proposing a new visa pipeline designed to flood struggling rural communities with foreign workers.
Their targeting has already identified roughly 1,700 American counties – communities home to 58 million people.
The report's goal is explicit: displace the "native labor supply" in Republican-leaning small towns – not as immigration policy, but as a voter replacement strategy with an economic development cover story.
The visa program would give foreign workers permanent residency in exchange for settling in a targeted community for several years – with the government essentially packaging a town's demographics as a recruitment incentive.
Communities that don't participate get left behind economically, which pressures them to sign up.
It's demographic colonization with an opt-in brochure.
Foreign migrants settle into targeted communities, quickly learn that Democrats keep the government benefits flowing, and vote accordingly.
When Biden flooded these same towns with migrants, many states automatically registered them to vote the moment they applied for a driver's license.
A sudden influx can transform a town's demographics almost overnight – schools fill beyond capacity, housing prices spike, and longtime residents start packing up.
In Springfield, Ohio, thousands of Haitian migrants arrived and overwhelmed local services.
Charleroi, Pennsylvania – a steel town that had been emptying for decades – watched its population double almost overnight when Haitians arrived.
The original residents didn't vote for any of it.
Meanwhile, the Left sends a different kind of foot soldier into rural America's scenic zip codes.
Wealthy leftists relocating to conservative small towns open coffee houses and breweries on Main Street, network their way into civic leadership, and eventually run their people for local office – all while insisting they only moved for the mountain views.
They vote for high taxes in the low-tax states they chose to escape to.
Democrat Dark Money Already Gutted the Wyoming Freedom Caucus as a Test Run
Wyoming just proved what happens when the migrant pipeline strategy needs political cover.
The Wyoming Donor Alliance – backed by dark money, abortion advocates, and trial lawyers – drove more than two dozen Freedom Caucus conservatives out of Wyoming's Republican primary in August, funneling $455,000 into the effort with liberal PACs, the education lobby, and pro-abortion groups all piling on, as Shawn Fleetwood at The Federalist documented.
The Freedom Caucus majority in Wyoming's House – built over years of grassroots organizing – was gone in a single night.
The Federalist's investigation found the money trail extended well beyond Wyoming's borders – connecting to the same Soros-funded apparatus bankrolling the Niskanen Center's rural visa pipeline.
Wyoming was a preview of what's coming to 1,700 more towns.
In Ohio, a Democrat named Sam Ronan tried to register as a Republican for a rural congressional district – courts blocked him – and in Alaska, a candidate sharing Republican Senator Dan Sullivan's exact name appeared directly on the general election ballot as "Decoy Dan," widely described as a Democrat plant.
In Virginia, a candidate with direct Democrat Party ties won a rural county GOP chairmanship before the result was thrown out and re-run.
The Democratic Socialists of America went further in Altamont, Kansas – population 1,000 – targeting a low-turnout local race and getting their own member appointed to office outright.
They published the playbook themselves in Reform and Revolution: "We've also found a lot of opportunities with nonpartisan elections in our small towns, and have run and gotten our own candidate appointed."
The National Democratic County Officials – the DNC's official county-level campaign arm – runs under the motto: "Road to Blue: Blue Counties = Blue States."
Democrats aren't hiding the objective – Trump won 2,559 of 3,112 American counties in three straight elections, and not one of those voters is on their persuasion list.
The plan has three fronts: flood rural towns with government-dependent migrants, replace genuine conservatives in Republican primaries with dark money, and capture local offices in low-turnout races before anyone notices.
Democrats didn't go looking for better messaging after losing rural America – they went looking for different voters.
They spent years telling rural America it wasn't being replaced – and then published the replacement plan.
