FBI Director admits no investigation into Biden family corruption claims
FBI Director Kash Patel just delivered devastating testimony that exposes the rot at the heart of the Biden corruption scandal.
The bombshell revelation shows just how far the FBI went to protect Joe Biden during his presidency.
And the facts are absolutely damning.
Patel testified before Congress in September that despite having three separate confidential sources reporting Biden family corruption in Ukraine, the FBI under Christopher Wray never bothered to launch a real investigation.
"Not to my knowledge, Mr. Chairman," Patel told Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley when asked if the Wray FBI made any effort to determine whether the records existed or to obtain those records that could prove the corruption claims.
Think about that for a moment.
The FBI – the nation’s premier law enforcement agency – had not one, not two, but three different sources telling them about potential corruption involving a sitting Vice President and his family.
And they did absolutely nothing with it.
Three confidential sources painted a clear picture of Biden family schemes
The newly released FBI FD-1023 documents paint a picture of systematic corruption that would make any Third World dictator proud.
One confidential source told the FBI in February 2019 that "Burisma Holdings owns 13 companies, which are used to pay dividends through fake consulting contracts."
The source explained how the money flowed: "The contracts are paid to US investors and funneled through Latvia and the energy sector of Ukraine."
But here’s the kicker – the source directly implicated both Joe and Hunter Biden in the scheme.
"Zlochesky owns between 30% and 70% of all companies in Burisma. JBIDEN and his son, HBIDEN, have money invested into Burisma. Their investment money was passed through a shell company in Latvia," the memo reads.
A second confidential informant painted an even more damning picture of Joe Biden’s direct involvement.
This source told the FBI that Biden used his position as Vice President to protect his son’s interests during a meeting with then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
"The last time JOSEPH BIDEN visited Ukraine, BIDEN met with PETRO POROSHENKO to protect the interests of HUNTER BIDEN. JOSEPH BIDEN would ‘take care’ of BURISMA HOLDING issues around the World and POROSHENKO would protect ZLOCHEVSKY," the June 2017 memo states.
These weren’t random accusations from political opponents.
These were detailed reports from FBI confidential human sources – the same type of sources the bureau regularly uses to build cases against organized crime figures and terrorists.
The deep state protection racket for the Biden family
Here’s what really should make your blood boil.
The FBI had this information for years – and sat on it while Joe Biden was running for President in 2020.
They had sources telling them about shell companies in Latvia, fake consulting contracts, and direct protection schemes involving the Vice President of the United States.
And Christopher Wray’s FBI did nothing.
No search warrants for the financial records the sources mentioned.
No attempts to verify the audio files and text messages the informants referenced.
No effort to trace the money through the Latvian shell companies.
The contrast couldn’t be more stark.
When it comes to investigating Donald Trump, the FBI spared no expense – SWAT teams at Mar-a-Lago, pre-dawn raids on his associates, wiretaps and surveillance operations.
But when it comes to credible allegations of corruption against Joe Biden involving foreign money and influence peddling?
Crickets.
IRS whistleblowers faced retaliation for doing their jobs
The Biden protection racket extended far beyond just ignoring confidential source reporting.
IRS investigators Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler – career law enforcement professionals who had built cases against some of the most dangerous criminals in America – were systematically blocked from investigating Hunter Biden’s crimes.
They were prevented from executing search warrants.
Crucial evidence was kept hidden.
They were even prohibited from asking questions about references to Joe Biden as "the big guy" in emails from Hunter’s laptop.
These weren’t political appointees trying to score points.
These were seasoned investigators who knew corruption when they saw it – and they were shut down at every turn by Biden’s Justice Department.
Meanwhile, 51 intelligence officers were spreading the lie that Hunter’s laptop was "Russian disinformation" at the behest of Antony Blinken, who would later become Biden’s Secretary of State.
The whole system was rigged to protect the Biden family from the consequences of their actions.
Senator Grassley exposes the scope of the cover-up
The true scope of this scandal becomes clear when you look at what Senator Chuck Grassley has uncovered through his years-long investigation.
In October 2023, Grassley revealed that the FBI received information about possible Biden family criminal activity from more than 40 informants over an extended period.
Forty informants.
Not three, not five – forty separate sources were telling the FBI about potential Biden family corruption.
And according to Grassley’s investigation, "most avenues of investigation were thwarted."
This wasn’t incompetence.
This was a deliberate effort to shield the Biden family from accountability while Joe Biden was running for President and then serving in the Oval Office.
The deep state wasn’t just putting their thumb on the scale – they were smashing the whole scale to pieces.
The American people deserve answers
Every American should be furious about this systematic corruption of our justice system.
The FBI is supposed to investigate crimes without fear or favor, regardless of political party or family name.
Instead, they turned themselves into a protection racket for the Biden family while simultaneously unleashing the full power of the federal government against Donald Trump and his associates.
This isn’t about Republican versus Democrat politics.
This is about whether we have equal justice under law in America, or whether some families are simply above the law because they have the right political connections.
The good news is that Kash Patel is now running the FBI, and he’s clearly not interested in covering up for the previous administration’s corruption.
But the damage has already been done.
The American people went to the polls in 2020 without knowing the full truth about Biden family corruption because the FBI and intelligence agencies worked overtime to suppress that information.
Now we know the truth – and it’s every bit as bad as conservatives suspected all along.
The Biden family was selling access to the Vice President’s office, and the deep state covered it up.
