The classified annex to Special Counsel John Durham’s final report, which includes the underlying intelligence that proves foreign sources warned the U.S. intelligence community that the FBI would spread the Trump-Russia narrative before Crossfire Hurricane ever launched.¹
"Just think about this," Patel told podcast host Joe Rogan about his discovery. "Me, as director of the FBI, the former ‘Russiagate guy,’ when I first got to the bureau, found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building, full of documents and computer hard drives that no one had ever seen or heard of."²
The timing here isn’t coincidental. These weren’t random documents – they were the smoking gun evidence that deep state operatives tried to hide from the American people.
Foreign intelligence predicted FBI’s corrupt scheme
Here’s where this story gets absolutely devastating for the corrupt officials who orchestrated this plot.
Sources briefed Fox News Digital exclusively on the contents of the classified annex, revealing that U.S. intelligence had credible foreign sources indicating the FBI would play a role in spreading the alleged Trump-Russia collusion narrative before the bureau ever launched Crossfire Hurricane.³
A source familiar with the classified annex told Fox News that while the intelligence may not have been crystal clear at the time, "with the benefit of hindsight, it predicted the FBI’s next move with alarming specificity."⁴
Put simply, foreign intelligence agencies were literally watching and reporting on how corrupt U.S. officials were planning to frame Donald Trump.
"Ultimately, the release of the classified annex will lend more credibility to the assertion that there was a coordinated plan inside the U.S. government to help the Clinton campaign stir up controversy connecting Trump to Russia," the source explained.⁵
The timeline is absolutely damning. "Mere days after this intelligence was collected, the FBI launched Crossfire Hurricane," the source revealed. "It’s really hard to see how Brennan, Clapper and Comey are going to be able to explain this away."⁶
The coverup unravels
Patel has been systematically dismantling the Russia collusion hoax since his days as chief investigator for then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes.
Back in February 2018, Patel was instrumental in creating the memo that exposed how the FBI used the fake Steele dossier – funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign – to obtain surveillance warrants against Trump campaign aide Carter Page.⁷
That memo revealed former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s admission that "no surveillance warrant would have been sought" from the FISA court "without the Steele dossier information."⁸
But the FBI deliberately hid the dossier’s origins from the court, omitting that it was funded by Trump’s political opponent.
Now Patel is finishing what he started. The documents discovered in those burn bags have been turned over to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, who will release the declassified annex to Durham’s report to the public.⁹
The declassification is being coordinated between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.¹⁰
Criminal investigations launched
The evidence is so overwhelming that Patel has opened criminal investigations into the key players in this scandal.
He’s launched a criminal investigation into former CIA Director John Brennan after receiving a criminal referral from Ratcliffe.¹¹
He’s also opened a criminal investigation into James Comey, the former FBI Director who signed three FISA applications to spy on Carter Page using the fake dossier.¹²
"Kash was instrumental in unraveling the Russia collusion hoax and finding evidence of government malfeasance despite constant attempts by the FBI and DOJ to stonewall our investigation," Nunes told Fox News Digital.¹³
The deep state tried everything to stop Patel during his original investigation. The Justice Department even used grand jury subpoenas in November 2017 to secretly obtain Patel’s personal email and phone data while he was investigating FBI abuse.¹⁴
But their intimidation tactics failed. Now Patel is in charge of the FBI, and he’s got access to everything they tried to hide.
Justice is coming
The classified annex that Grassley will soon release represents the final nail in the coffin for the Russia collusion hoax.
This isn’t just about proving Trump was right all along – though he absolutely was. This is about exposing a coordinated conspiracy by high-level government officials to interfere in a presidential election and then cover up their crimes.
Former Trump campaign aide Carter Page, who was illegally surveilled because of this scheme, understands exactly what Patel accomplished. "While most members of Congress were ready to ignore the unprecedented civil rights abuses against the Trump campaign and myself, Kash Patel’s training as a top public defender made him the perfect advocate for exposing one of the greatest election interference scandals of all time," Page said.¹⁵
The documents hidden in those burn bags were supposed to be destroyed forever. Comey, Brennan, and their co-conspirators thought their secret room would never be discovered.
They were wrong. And now the American people will finally see the full scope of how corrupt officials weaponized the FBI against Donald Trump.
