The Deep State thought they’d gotten away with their crimes.
But a new sheriff is in town who won’t let sleeping dogs lie.
And Kash Patel just launched one investigation that left Hillary Clinton steaming mad.
FBI opens massive "grand conspiracy" probe into decade of Democrat weaponization
The FBI has quietly opened what sources are calling a "grand conspiracy" investigation into a full decade of Democrat Party and Deep State antics designed to rig elections against Donald Trump.¹
The bombshell probe was launched just weeks after new FBI Director Kash Patel took over the bureau.
And it’s sending shockwaves through Washington, D.C. as Democrats realize their chickens may finally be coming home to roost.
The investigation could lead to the appointment of a special prosecutor to examine whether these documented episodes of corruption were part of a coordinated criminal conspiracy to rig three U.S. elections in favor of Democrats while targeting President Trump.¹
What makes this even more explosive is that Trump could declassify two secret tranches of evidence that would blow the lid off the entire operation.
The first piece is a classified annex to an inspector general probe of Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server that Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley has been fighting to get released for years.
Sources say this annex contains evidence showing the FBI deliberately chose to ignore credible information about Clinton’s criminal wrongdoing.¹
The second smoking gun was uncovered by former Special Counsel John Durham in his final report on the Russia collusion hoax.
Durham labeled this evidence the "Clinton plan intelligence," which proved U.S. spy agencies had advance knowledge that Clinton’s 2016 campaign was manufacturing the phony Russia collusion narrative to damage Trump before the FBI launched its bogus Crossfire Hurricane investigation.¹
Two secret documents could destroy the Democrat narrative forever
Both pieces of evidence have been kept from the American people for nearly a decade because they reveal just how corrupt the system really was.
If Trump declassifies these documents, prosecutors could demonstrate to a grand jury the clear pattern of the FBI and intelligence agencies deliberately turning a blind eye to evidence damaging Democrats while pursuing Trump with information they knew was fabricated.¹
The timing couldn’t be worse for Democrats.
Trump administration officials are also weighing naming a special prosecutor to investigate the recent bombshell revelations that the FBI received intelligence that China was creating fake mail-in ballots in 2020 to help Joe Biden win.
The FBI not only failed to investigate but actually recalled the intelligence and asked other spy agencies to destroy it.¹
But here’s the brilliant part of Patel’s strategy.
By treating this as an ongoing conspiracy or RICO-style racketeering operation, prosecutors get much more breathing room to connect recent criminal events approaching the statute of limitations with older events from the same criminal enterprise.
This strategy gives them the time needed to build an ironclad case.¹
Democrats’ worst nightmare: a grand jury outside Washington, D.C.
The "grand conspiracy" probe also opens the door to empanel a grand jury outside of Washington, D.C., where juries have been reluctant to convict anyone who went after Trump.
The numbers tell the story of just how rigged the deck is in the swamp.
Washington, D.C. has never supported a Republican presidential candidate, and in the last election a whopping 92.1% of the vote went against Trump.¹
One possibility being discussed is Florida, where Special Counsel Jack Smith raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and charged the president with mishandling classified documents in a case that was ultimately dismissed.
"Florida is an intriguing option because overt acts of the alleged conspiracy occurred there and are still inside the statute of limitations," said a former federal prosecutor who was recently consulted by Trump administration officials.¹
The laundry list of Democrat crimes that could be prosecuted
If prosecutors treat the last decade of weaponization as an ongoing conspiracy, they could explore whether multiple instances of Democrats getting special treatment were part of a coordinated effort to rig elections.
The potential charges are staggering.
Republicans in Congress have identified key events that helped Democrats and damaged Trump, including clearing Hillary Clinton despite her transmitting classified information on a private email server, refusing to investigate foreign intelligence about Clinton’s crimes, and failing to investigate the August 2020 intelligence that China was trying to hijack the 2020 election.¹
The list also includes the Biden campaign’s efforts to portray Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation when the FBI knew it was real, obstructing IRS and FBI investigators probing Hunter’s crimes, and concealing Joe Biden’s mental decline before the 2024 election.¹
On the flip side, prosecutors could examine the multiple bogus efforts to pursue Trump as a conspiracy to violate his civil rights and use law enforcement to tip elections.
This includes opening the Russia collusion probe after knowing Clinton was planting evidence, FBI agents lying to FISA courts to spy on Trump campaign figures, giving false testimony to Congress, and appointing Jack Smith as special counsel even though he wasn’t confirmed by the Senate.¹
The evidence that could bring down the entire operation
The most damaging evidence centers around two dates that could expose the entire conspiracy: July 5, 2016.
On that single day, FBI Director James Comey held his infamous news conference clearing Hillary Clinton of criminal charges in the email scandal without the Justice Department’s blessing.
On the very same day, Christopher Steele visited an FBI handler in Europe to inject his Clinton-funded Russia dossier into the government’s investigation of Trump.¹
For years, Senator Grassley has been trying to force the release of classified evidence showing the FBI had good reason not to clear Clinton and should have pursued further criminal investigation.
The evidence is so damning that when Durham showed portions of the "Clinton plan intelligence" to FBI agents who worked on Crossfire Hurricane, they were visibly upset.
One supervisory special agent "became visibly upset and emotional, left the interview room with his counsel, and subsequently returned to state emphatically that he had never been apprised of the Clinton Plan intelligence and had never seen the aforementioned Referral Memo."
The agent "expressed a sense of betrayal that no one had informed him of the intelligence."¹
Former FBI General Counsel Baker also said he’d never seen the evidence and acknowledged its significance, explaining that had he known about it, he would have viewed information from Steele and attorney Michael Sussmann "in a different and much more skeptical light."¹
Justice is finally coming for the Deep State
What makes this investigation so powerful is that it treats the weaponization of government as what it really was: an organized criminal conspiracy spanning multiple agencies and elections.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe has already released a scathing review criticizing former CIA Director John Brennan for pushing the discredited Steele dossier, concluding that Brennan "showed a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness."
Ratcliffe later called the smear campaign against Trump an "atypical & corrupt process under the politically charged environments of former Dir. Brennan & former FBI Dir. Comey."¹
Democrats have been screaming that "nobody is above the law for years.
The time has finally come to find out if they really meant it.
