The deep state thought they’d buried their crimes forever.

They were dead wrong.

And Kash Patel found the FBI’s smoking gun that left deep state operatives red with rage.

Kash Patel discovers FBI’s secret "vault" packed with hidden Russiagate evidence

FBI Director Kash Patel blew the lid off one of the most shocking cover-ups in American political history.

During a recent interview on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Patel revealed that he discovered a secret room at FBI headquarters where former Director James Comey’s cronies had stashed away damning evidence about the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.

"These guys were so arrogant, they would write everything down," Patel told Rogan. "And I found the documents."

Patel called it a "lockbox" and "vault" where corrupt FBI leadership thought they could hide their crimes from Congress and the American people.

"They’re so arrogant, they think, ‘No one’s going to catch us. I’m going to write everything down. We’re going to put it in a lockbox, we’re going to put it in a vault, and no one’s going to find it,’" Patel explained.

But the deep state made one fatal mistake.

"Well, you know what? I found the vault and now I’m going to work," Patel said.

The FBI chief told Rogan that the Trump-Russia collusion hoax was "the biggest political criminal scheme ever perpetrated by portions of the FBI leadership and other elements of the intelligence community."

Just the News reported that this discovery came around the same time the FBI quietly launched an investigation into what they’re calling a "grand conspiracy" involving a decade of weaponization by Democrats and deep state actors.¹

Hidden documents expose the full scope of deep state corruption

The smoking gun evidence Patel discovered wasn’t just sitting around gathering dust.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino accompanied Patel in a joint interview on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, where they revealed the shocking truth about what the previous leadership did.

"That’s how vindictive and vicious the former leadership structure was," Patel told host Maria Bartiromo. "Not only did they bastardize the FISA process and lie to the American public, they withheld and hid documentation and put it in rooms where people weren’t supposed to look."²

Bongino confirmed that the room containing the alleged Russiagate information was "not mentioned" to him nor to Patel when they took over the bureau.

Think about that for a second.

The corrupt FBI leadership under Comey literally hid evidence in a secret room and didn’t tell the new leadership it existed.

"And it’s a good thing that we’re here now to clean it up, and you’re about to see a wave of transparency," Patel promised.

The FBI director said that "as much as we know about Crossfire Hurricane, he and I just found out more last week, and we’re continuing to work with Congress to put those documents out."

This isn’t just about a few rogue agents anymore.

This is about a systematic effort to cover up the biggest political scandal in American history.

Criminal conspiracy investigation could lead to major prosecutions

The discovery of this hidden evidence vault comes at a crucial time for holding the deep state accountable.

The FBI has opened what they’re calling a "grand conspiracy" investigation that examines a decade of Democratic Party and deep state activities ranging from the Trump-Russia collusion hoax to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of Donald Trump.

This investigation could pave the way for a special prosecutor to examine whether these different events support criminal conspiracy charges to influence three consecutive presidential elections.

Patel addressed the statute of limitations issue that has protected some of these criminals up to now.

"So generally the statute of limitations on crimes for process crimes that we call them is five years," Patel explained to Rogan. "But if you can time it to an overarching conspiracy, there is no statute of limitations."

That’s the key right there.

"So if there was more egregious conduct that no one knew about before that we are just finding and we are investigating, then we’ll have to re-look at it," Patel continued.

The FBI director promised to release all the information to the American public once they finish reviewing it and to give it to Congress.

"And if we can work with our partners at DOJ to come up with a prosecution, that’ll be their decision. We’ll do it," Patel stated. "If we can hold people accountable in terms of indictments, then we’ll work with our partners at DOJ."

Two classified annexes could blow the case wide open

The smoking gun evidence Patel found isn’t the only bombshell that could destroy the deep state’s house of cards.

Two key pieces of classified information could determine how far the Department of Justice goes with prosecutions.

The first is a classified annex to a 2018 report tied to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s investigation of Hillary Clinton’s improper email server.

The second is a classified annex from Special Counsel John Durham’s final report in 2023 about the DOJ’s "Crossfire Hurricane" project.

Chuck Grassley has been fighting for years to get his hands on Durham’s secret annex, and what’s in there could prove the FBI deliberately buried evidence of wrongdoing.

But wait, there’s more.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe just sent Patel a criminal referral about Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan earlier this month.

The CIA review released this month found that Brennan, Comey, and then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper were "excessively involved" in drafting intelligence assessments in a "chaotic," "atypical" and "markedly unconventional" process.

Ratcliffe stated that "Multiple senior CIA managers opposed including the [Steele] dossier, asserting it did not meet even basic tradecraft standards. Despite these objections, Brennan showed a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness."

This is exactly what conservatives have been saying for years.

The deep state cooked the books and ignored their own experts to push a false narrative about Donald Trump.

Senator Johnson celebrates long-awaited accountability

Republican lawmakers are celebrating the news that the FBI is finally taking the deep state conspiracy seriously.

"They put America through unbelievable, really historic political turmoil, knowing that the entire narrative was completely false," Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) told Just the News.

"I felt these people were criminals for many years now," Johnson continued. "I mean, the fact that they knew this…the whole Russiagate was a conspiracy hatched by the Clinton campaign back in 2016. President Obama was briefed on that. I mean, they all knew."

That’s right.

They all knew the Russia collusion story was fake from the beginning, but they pushed it anyway to try to destroy Donald Trump.

Former Trump attorney John Eastman told the John Solomon Reports podcast that this was "part of a coordinated strategy to deprive people of their constitutional rights to speech and to petition the government for redress of grievances and also the right to counsel."

This wasn’t just dirty politics.

This was an attack on the Constitution itself.

Attorney General Bondi’s "Weaponization Working Group" ready to take action

The timing of Patel’s discovery couldn’t be better.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has established a "Weaponization Working Group" that will conduct a review of all departments and agencies over the last four years to identify instances where conduct "appears to have been designed to achieve political objectives or other improper aims rather than pursuing justice."

President Trump’s executive order on "Ending the Weaponization of The Federal Government" provides the legal framework for going after these corrupt officials.

"The American people have witnessed the previous administration engage in a systematic campaign against its perceived political opponents, weaponizing the legal force of numerous Federal law enforcement agencies and the Intelligence Community," Trump’s order stated.

The DOJ has already shown they’re willing to turn Trump’s order into concrete legal action by intervening in state-level prosecutions that appear to be politically motivated.

The deep state thought they could hide their crimes forever by locking them away in a secret vault.

But Kash Patel found the smoking gun evidence that’s going to bring their whole corrupt conspiracy crashing down.
