Kamala Harris is leveraging the federal government to help get her elected.

She’s got an ace up her sleeve she’s hoping to play.

And Kamala Harris’ henchmen were put on notice over a scheme to launch this final October surprise.

The Biden-Harris administration is put on notice over potential censorship

The New York Post’s story on Hunter Biden’s laptop was set to be the October Surprise of the 2020 Election.

But Democrats and Big Tech worked together to censor the story off of social media in the closing weeks of the election by falsely claiming it was Russian misinformation.

That stopped a bombshell revelation from spreading that could have cost President Joe Biden the election.

Online censorship has become the standard operation procedure for the Biden-Harris administration.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) worked with left-wing groups during the 2020 Election to censor conservatives online.

CISA pressured social media to censor content while claiming the agency was fighting foreign threats.

A group of Republican Senators wants to make sure the agency doesn’t get involved in the 2024 Election.

U.S. Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) and a group of Republican Senators sent a letter to CISA asking if the agency will pursue the “breathtaking” censorship it used in the 2020 Election this year.

“CISA has previously been caught pressuring social media and internet platforms to censor content, blatantly violating the First Amendment,” Marshall told the Daily Caller.

CISA Director Jen Easterly was asked to hand over information about how the agency had targeted free speech rights in the past.

“Any effort by the Harris-Biden administration to silence facts and opinions about their failed agenda is not only an abuse of power—it’s illegal,” Marshall said. “As we enter the final stretch of the 2024 presidential campaign, we are fighting to ensure there are no attempts by the federal government to censor and strong-arm online platforms.”

CISA labeled speech that it wanted to censor during the 2020 Election as disinformation.

The agency flagged content as disinformation and reported it to the Election Integrity Partnership – a private group – to keep its hands from getting dirty.

Democrats are already warning that there could be a flood of online disinformation by foreign actors in the final weeks of the election.

Hillary Clinton falsely claimed that Russia was preparing to intervene on behalf of former President Donald Trump.

“The First Amendment prohibits the government from ‘abridging freedom of speech’ and the Supreme Court has recognized that for ‘core political speech’ ‘the importance of First Amendment protections is at its zenith,’” Marshall wrote.

He noted that the First Amendment extends to the internet.

“In today’s world, ‘core political speech’ is often found on social media platforms,” Marshall continued. “Instead of respecting these long-standing norms, CISA has in the past worked with partners to violate them, thus undermining trust in the agency for many Americans.”

Democrats want to shut down any information that’s politically damaging to them during an election.

CISA could be their ace in the hole to bury any stories that could hurt Kamala Harris.
