Jack Smith’s days of operating in the shadows are coming to an end.

His secret spying operations just got exposed in the worst way possible.

And John Kennedy delivered one blistering takedown of Jack Smith that left Democrats ducking for cover.

Jack Smith’s secret surveillance operation gets blown wide open

Former special counsel Jack Smith thought he could spy on Republican senators without anyone finding out.

He was dead wrong.

A whistleblower just exposed Smith’s secret surveillance operation that targeted eight GOP senators during his bogus investigation into President Trump’s efforts to challenge the rigged 2020 election.

The list reads like a who’s who of conservative fighters: Josh Hawley of Missouri, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and Tommy Tuberville of Alabama were all secretly monitored.

Smith obtained their phone records and personal messages without their knowledge through what he called the "Arctic Frost probe."

The telephone companies just rolled over and handed everything to the feds without a fight.

Louisiana Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) wasn’t on the target list, but he’s absolutely furious about what Smith pulled off.

Kennedy appeared on Fox Business’ "The Bottom Line" and delivered a scathing takedown that perfectly captured what every conservative is thinking about this surveillance scandal.

Kennedy destroys Smith with one brutal comparison that says it all

Kennedy didn’t hold back when he learned about Smith’s secret spying operation.

"When I first heard about this story, I thought it was satire. I thought it was some nonsense on TikTok. I’m appalled. It’s unconscionable. It really is breathtaking," Kennedy said.¹

But Kennedy was just getting warmed up.

He delivered a line about Smith’s intelligence that will have conservatives laughing and Democrats cringing.

"I’m shocked that Smith – I thought he was smarter than this. I mean, I’ve got rocks in my driveway that are smarter than this," Kennedy said.²

That’s the kind of brutal honesty Americans have been waiting to hear from their elected officials.

Kennedy perfectly captured the sheer stupidity of Smith thinking he could secretly spy on sitting U.S. senators and get away with it forever.

The Louisiana senator made it clear this isn’t just another Washington, D.C. scandal – it’s something you’d expect from a banana republic.

"This is the sort of thing that happens in a country whose Powerball jackpot is 287 chickens and a goat. This doesn’t happen in America," Kennedy explained.³

The surveillance state just got caught red-handed targeting conservatives

Here’s what should terrify every American about Smith’s surveillance operation.

The Department of Justice sought and received phone records from eight sitting United States senators without any apparent justification.

"We have no idea what the predicate was – why the FBI and the Justice Department and Mr. Smith were asking for the records," Kennedy pointed out.⁴

The only reason anyone knows about this abuse of power is because a brave whistleblower came forward.

Without that whistleblower, Smith’s surveillance of Republican senators would still be happening in complete secrecy.

Kennedy is demanding answers and accountability from the deep state operatives who authorized this fishing expedition.

"This is serious as four heart attacks and stroke," Kennedy warned.⁵

He’s calling for separate hearings featuring testimony from Smith, former Attorney General Merrick Garland, and former FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Kennedy expects Smith will probably plead the Fifth Amendment rather than explain why he thought he could secretly monitor Republican senators.

The telephone companies that just handed over the records without fighting the subpoenas are about to face a world of legal trouble.

"You’re going to see some civil lawsuits filed, particularly against these telephone companies who just willingly turned over the records without trying to quash any subpoena that they got," Kennedy promised.⁶

The deep state’s war against conservatives just escalated to a whole new level

Smith’s surveillance operation represents everything wrong with the weaponized federal government under Joe Biden.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino put it perfectly when he said, "It is a disgrace that I have to stand on Capitol Hill and reveal this – that the FBI was once weaponized to track the private communications of U.S. lawmakers for political purposes. That era is over."⁷

Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa posted the FBI document with the list of targeted senators and called it exactly what it is.

"BIDEN FBI WEAPONIZATION = WORSE THAN WATERGATE," Grassley wrote.⁸

And you know what? Grassley is absolutely right.

This goes far beyond anything Richard Nixon ever dreamed of doing to his political enemies.

Smith used the full power of the federal government to secretly monitor the private communications of Republican senators who dared to challenge the 2020 election results.

The surveillance happened under the guise of investigating Trump, but the real target was any conservative who refused to accept the establishment narrative.

Kennedy and his colleagues are promising to get to the bottom of this abuse of power.

They want to know exactly why Smith thought he could secretly spy on sitting members of Congress.

They want accountability for everyone who signed off on this surveillance operation.

Most importantly, they want to make sure this kind of weaponization of federal law enforcement never happens again.

The deep state just got caught red-handed targeting conservatives, and John Kennedy made sure everyone knows exactly how outrageous this really is.
