Democrats have been trying to clean up their image after Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
Too many in their party showed their true colors by refusing to condemn political violence.
And Jasmine Crockett went on one racist rant that left Democrats groaning.
Crockett makes shocking admission about Democrats and race
The House on a resolution condemning the assassination of Charlie Kirk and celebrating his dedication to the Constitution and civil discourse.
While 215 Republicans and 95 Democrats supported the measure, a stunning 58 Democrats voted against honoring Kirk’s memory.
But it was what happened next that revealed the ugly truth about today’s Democrat Party.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) went on CNN’s State of the Union and made a confession that should terrify every American who believes in equality.
"One of the things I do want to point out that’s not been laid out that honestly hurts my heart is when I saw the no votes, there were only two caucasians," Crockett complained.¹
She wasn’t upset that her colleagues voted against condemning political assassination.
She was upset that white Democrats didn’t join the racial boycott.
"For the most part, the only people that voted no were people of color," she continued, as if skin color should determine how someone votes on condemning murder.²
The Democrat Party’s racial hierarchy exposed
Crockett’s comments revealed something Democrats usually try to hide from the public.
The modern Democrat Party doesn’t just see everything through the lens of race – they expect their members to vote based on their skin color.
According to Crockett’s twisted logic, white Democrats failed their racial obligations by refusing to vote against honoring a murder victim.
She actually criticized fellow Democrats for not being racist enough.
"The rhetoric that Charlie Kirk continuously put out there was rhetoric that specifically targeted people of color," Crockett claimed without providing any evidence.³
"It is unfortunate that even our colleagues could not see how harmful his rhetoric was – specifically to us!"
Notice how she says "us" – not Americans, not fellow human beings, but specifically people who share her race.
This is the mentality that’s taken over the Democrat Party.
Everything gets filtered through racial identity first, basic human decency second.
Even Democrat leaders couldn’t stomach the racial politics
The most telling part of Crockett’s meltdown is who she was actually criticizing.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) voted for the resolution condemning Kirk’s assassination.
Multiple other Democrats from diverse backgrounds also supported the measure.
Only two white Democrats – Reps. Seth Moulton (D-MA) and Mike Quigley (D-IL) – voted against it.⁴
But for Crockett, that wasn’t enough racial solidarity.
She wanted white Democrats to vote against condemning political murder based purely on racial calculations.
"I’m not honoring that kind of stuff," Crockett said, explaining her vote against a resolution that praised Kirk’s dedication to constitutional principles and civil discourse.⁵
Think about what she just admitted on national television. A sitting congresswoman refused to honor someone’s commitment to constitutional values simply because she disagreed with his politics.
You remember when Democrats at least paid lip service to civil discourse and peaceful debate? Those days are over. Today’s Democrat Party has moved beyond traditional political disagreement into something much uglier.
What Crockett’s confession really reveals
Look, this isn’t about policy disagreements or even legitimate criticism of public figures.
This is about a sitting congresswoman who thinks murder victims don’t deserve basic human dignity based on their political beliefs.
Crockett essentially argued that Charlie Kirk deserved what happened to him because she didn’t like his politics.
She’s upset that some of her Democratic colleagues couldn’t bring themselves to vote against condemning an assassination.
The radical Left has become so consumed by racial identity politics that they can’t even agree that political murder is wrong.
You remember when Democrats at least pretended to support civil discourse and peaceful political debate? This should be a wake-up call.
The modern Democrat Party isn’t interested in unity, healing, or basic human decency.
They want their members to vote based on racial identity, not constitutional principles or moral values.
Crockett accidentally revealed what conservative Americans have known for years – the Democrat Party has been completely captured by radical leftist ideology.
They see everything through the lens of race and expect their members to abandon basic moral principles to maintain racial solidarity.
The fact that a congresswoman can go on national television and complain that white Democrats weren’t racist enough shows just how far the Left has fallen.
This is what passes for leadership in today’s Democrat Party.
