Democrats can’t hide their true colors anymore after Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
They’re celebrating murder while crying about "consequences."
And Jasmine Crockett made one awful comment about Charlie Kirk that got her roasted.
The worst possible timing
Texas Democrat Jasmine Crockett picked the absolute worst moment to lecture America about free speech.
While the nation was still reeling from Charlie Kirk’s brutal assassination at Utah Valley University, Crockett decided Monday was the perfect time for a cryptic social media post.
"Free speech clearly isn’t FREE for everyone…" she wrote on X.
No context. No explanation. Just that loaded statement.
The timing wasn’t accidental – it was calculated.
Kirk was gunned down on September 10th while doing exactly what free speech is supposed to protect: engaging in open debate with people who disagreed with him.
The 31-year-old founder of Turning Point USA was hosting one of his famous "Prove Me Wrong" events when 22-year-old Tyler Robinson shot him in the neck.
Police arrested Robinson on Friday after finding a rifle with bullet casings inscribed with anti-fascist messages in a wooded area near the campus.
So when Crockett talks about speech not being "FREE," she’s not talking about the conservative activist who literally died for exercising his constitutional rights.
She’s complaining about leftists finally facing consequences for celebrating that murder.
Patriots fired back immediately
Conservatives saw right through Crockett’s pathetic attempt at victimhood.
Dana Loesch cut to the heart of the matter: "Yeah, they killed Charlie for his. Talk to your side about that."
Tomi Lahren was even more blunt: "You’re right. Charlie Kirk literally died for it."
Fox Business host Mark Tepper explained what real accountability looks like: "It most certainly is. You can’t be criminally charged. However, as an employer, I always consider the content of character when it comes to employment. Low-character people have no place at my company."
One user perfectly captured what’s actually happening: "It’s accountability culture, not cancel culture. We aren’t digging up that you said a bad word twenty years ago. We are holding you accountable right now for encouraging and celebrating violence. We don’t want to work with evil-hearted people."
Another reminded Crockett whose side actually silences speech: "Tell me about it. Remember when Obama used the IRS to target Conservative groups."
And this response hit hardest: "Your ‘side’ got a guy fired for running a Tom Cotton editorial because Speech is violence, remember?"
The Left’s celebration of violence
What Crockett won’t admit is that her allies have been throwing victory parties over Kirk’s death.
Professors, nurses, and other leftists immediately took to social media to celebrate the murder of a conservative activist.
They’re not getting fired for "free speech" – they’re getting fired for dancing on a dead man’s grave.
There’s a massive difference between expressing political opinions and cheering for assassination.
Kirk spent his career trying to engage with young people who disagreed with him, offering them a platform to challenge his views in public forums.
The people losing their jobs are celebrating the fact that someone murdered him for it.
Universities and employers across the country have been cutting ties with staff members who posted sick celebrations of Kirk’s death.
This isn’t censorship – it’s basic human decency.
Here’s what’s really happening
Crockett’s tweet perfectly captures how the radical Left operates in 2025.
For years, they’ve been working overtime to silence conservative voices through every method they can think of.
Coordinated boycotts. Social media censorship. IRS targeting. Campus shutdowns.
When one of our most effective voices gets murdered for trying to engage with college students, they celebrate.
But the moment their sick victory dance gets them fired, suddenly they’re victims of a free speech crisis.
This is the same Jasmine Crockett who spent last week defending Democrats who compare Trump to Hitler.
During her appearance on "The Breakfast Club," she argued that calling the President a "wannabe Hitler" is perfectly acceptable political discourse.
She can accuse the leader of the free world of being a Nazi, but when people face job consequences for celebrating political assassination, that crosses the line.
The hypocrisy would be funny if it weren’t so disgusting.
The mask is off completely
Look, this used to be a country where both sides condemned political violence.
Democrats and Republicans disagreed on everything, but we agreed that murdering your political opponents was wrong.
Those days are over, and Crockett’s tweet proves it.
She’s not concerned about protecting free speech – she’s angry that her side is finally facing real consequences for promoting violence.
When conservatives get shot for speaking their minds, that’s just the cost of doing politics in America.
When leftists get fired for celebrating those shootings, suddenly the First Amendment is under attack.
You want to know what this really tells us about where we are as a country?
Charlie Kirk gave his life trying to engage with people who hated everything he stood for.
The people Crockett is defending gave their careers to celebrate his death.
The fact that she thinks those two things are equivalent tells you everything you need to know about the modern Democrat Party.
They’ve abandoned any pretense of caring about democratic norms or civil discourse.
Violence against conservatives isn’t a bug in their system – it’s a feature.
And when that violence finally has consequences for them, they cry victim and blame free speech.
The American people see exactly what’s happening here, and they’re not buying it anymore.
