The Left knows they can’t win the argument.
They’re using every dirty trick in the book against their critics.
And George Soros was busted for this scary globalist scheme to silence conservatives.
Soros bankrolled British censorship group targeting conservative media
An explosive new report revealed that George Soros' Open Society Foundations pumped $250,000 into the Center for Countering Digital Hate in 2024.¹
The CCDH operates under the noble-sounding guise of stopping "the spread of online hate and disinformation."
In reality, the British nonprofit functions as a censorship enforcement arm for the radical Left.
Founded by former Labour Party operative Imran Ahmed in 2018, CCDH has spent years pressuring social media companies and advertisers to destroy conservative voices.²
The group's targets include The Federalist, The Daily Wire, and virtually every major conservative outlet that dares challenge leftist orthodoxy.
CCDH even organized secret meetings with tech executives to coordinate censorship campaigns.
But the Soros funding revelation helps answer the question conservatives have asked for years: who's actually paying for this censorship machine?
The CCDH refuses to disclose its donor list publicly.
Only through tax filings and occasional leaks do Americans discover who's funding the attack on their First Amendment rights.
The $250,000 Soros grant wasn't some random donation either – it went directly toward "general support" of CCDH's censorship operation.³
That means Soros money funded the entire enterprise, from targeting conservative websites to lobbying Congress for more government control over online speech.
Elon Musk declared war on Soros-funded censorship group
The CCDH ramped up its attacks after Elon Musk purchased Twitter in October 2022 and renamed it X.
Musk pledged to end censorship on the platform and restore free speech principles.
That made him Public Enemy Number One for the censorship cartel.
Leaked internal documents revealed CCDH's explicit goal: "kill Musk's Twitter" by pressuring advertisers and investors to boycott the company.⁴
CCDH published reports claiming hate speech "spiked" on X under Musk's ownership – cherry-picking data to paint the worst possible picture of the platform.
The group held meetings with 16 congressional offices to lobby for government intervention against X.⁵
They pushed lawmakers to create an "independent digital regulator" with power to punish social media companies that allow "disinformation" – meaning conservative viewpoints.
Musk fought back hard.
He sued CCDH in July 2023, accusing the group of conducting "a scare campaign to drive away advertisers" through false and misleading reports.⁶
The case got dismissed by a California judge who ruled X couldn't prove damages.
But Musk exposed CCDH's tactics to millions of Americans who had never heard of the shadowy British nonprofit.
He called CCDH a "criminal organization" and vowed to go after the group's donors.⁷
Now Americans know one of those donors is George Soros – the billionaire who's spent over $80 million funding pro-censorship groups.⁸
Trump Administration preparing to boot CCDH leader from America
The revelations about Soros funding come as the Trump Administration considers revoking Imran Ahmed's visa.
The Sunday Telegraph reported Ahmed sits at the "top of the list" of foreign nationals being considered for visa cancellations over pro-censorship activities.⁹
Ahmed co-founded CCDH with Morgan McSweeney, who now serves as chief of staff to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
McSweeney and other Starmer aides met with Kamala Harris campaign officials last summer to discuss election strategy – stoking accusations of foreign election interference from the Trump campaign.¹⁰
The timing couldn't be worse for Ahmed and his censorship operation.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has made clear the Trump Administration won't tolerate foreign-funded groups trying to silence American citizens.
President Trump himself called last summer for investigations into Soros and his son Alex over allegedly funding violent riots.¹¹
The CCDH also targeted Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., placing him on their infamous "Disinformation Dozen" list in 2021 for questioning COVID vaccine mandates.¹²
Now Kennedy sits in Trump's Cabinet while Ahmed faces deportation.
The censorship industrial complex built by Soros and his allies spent years operating in the shadows.
They pressured Big Tech companies to silence conservatives while claiming they just wanted to stop "hate speech."
But Americans are finally learning the truth about who funds these attacks on free speech – and they're fighting back.
