George Soros has spent decades using his billions to fund radical left-wing causes across America.
But he found a way to make Americans foot the bill for his extreme agenda.
And George Soros just got exposed using taxpayer money for this sick scheme.
Soros-backed group raked in record taxpayer funding in 2024
The Tides Center, a massive nonprofit behemoth bankrolled by George Soros, hauled in a record $37.8 million in taxpayer money in 2024 while funneling cash to some of the most extreme left-wing activist groups in America.
That's nearly triple what the organization received a decade ago.
Newly released tax filings expose how federal agencies quietly pumped millions into Tides, which then distributed the cash to groups promoting abortion, helping illegal aliens avoid detention, defending Antifa protesters, and providing legal support to anti-Israel radicals on college campuses.
The National Legal and Policy Center labeled Tides "George Soros' Favorite Money Handler" after discovering his Open Society Foundations funneled at least $17.2 million to Tides between 2009 and 2022.
But Soros wasn't satisfied just using his own fortune.
He figured out how to get American taxpayers to bankroll his network.
The Department of Labor handed Tides $3 million in 2024 for "expansion of registered apprenticeship programs."
Another $5.9 million is on the way from DOL.
Between 2014 and 2022, the State Department and USAID shipped more than $27 million to Tides before President Trump drastically cut foreign aid spending during his first administration.
The tax filings show exactly where that money went.
The terrorist groups cashing your paychecks
Tides handed $25,000 to the Alliance for Global Justice, a leftist group so toxic that payment processors cut them off in 2021 after reports exposed ties to the Marxist terrorist organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.
Even Visa and Mastercard said "no thanks" to doing business with these people.
But your tax dollars? Those were just fine.
Treasury sanctioned one of AFGJ's partner organizations in October 2024 as a fundraising front for PFLP terrorists who've killed Americans and Israelis for decades.
Tides shipped another $48,500 to Oregon's Civil Liberties Defense Center, the go-to law firm for Antifa rioters.
CLDC doesn't represent regular criminal defendants.
They specialize in keeping masked thugs who burn cities out of jail.
Right now they're suing the Trump administration to stop rules protecting ICE facilities from being overrun by violent mobs.
The group also organized a legal defense team for Instagram users under federal investigation for doxxing immigration officials — publishing their home addresses so radicals could target them and their families.
But wait, it gets worse.
Tides sponsors Palestine Legal, an organization that received over 2,000 requests for legal assistance in 2024 defending the anti-Israel radicals who turned American college campuses into war zones.
Palestine Legal provides free lawyers and training to the activists who built illegal encampments, harassed Jewish students, and shut down classes at Columbia, Harvard, and dozens of other universities.
A senior Palestine Legal attorney bragged to a leftist magazine the organization "represented or advised hundreds of students" participating in the campus chaos Americans watched in horror last year.
When Columbia students blocked Jewish classmates from entering buildings, Palestine Legal was there with legal support.
When anti-Israel protesters at UCLA formed a human chain to prevent Jews from accessing parts of campus, Palestine Legal called it protected speech.
Federal taxpayer money funded the lawyers defending that.
Tides also poured cash into groups lobbying for racial quotas in hiring, promoting sex-change procedures for children, and helping illegal aliens post bail to get out of immigration detention.
The organization moved $21.9 million between Tides Foundation and Tides Advocacy, its political lobbying arm that directly campaigns for Democrat policies.
Trump blows up the money laundering operation
President Trump figured out what was happening and took action.
He signed an executive order in August requiring federal agencies to only award grants that "demonstrably advance the President's policy priorities."
No more taxpayer funding for race-preferential programs, transgender ideology, illegal immigration support, or "anti-American values."
Capital Research Center investigative researcher Parker Thayer put it bluntly.
"Tides is about as left-wing as a donor-advised fund can be, and has no business receiving a penny of federal grant money," Thayer told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
He's right.
If a conservative group was pulling this scheme, every Democrat in Washington and every reporter at the New York Times would be screaming about corruption.
Republican Congressman Jason Smith, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, demanded the IRS investigate stripping Tides' tax-exempt status entirely.
Here's how the scam works.
Wealthy leftists like Soros donate to Tides and get a tax deduction.
Tides takes an 8% cut as a "management fee" and distributes the money to radical groups without ever revealing which donor funded which cause.
This lets Soros and his billionaire friends secretly bankroll Antifa lawyers and anti-Israel campus radicals while maintaining plausible deniability.
Tides founder Drummond Pike admitted "anonymity is very important to most of the people we work with."
Of course it is.
Because if Americans knew their tax dollars were funding legal defense for Antifa terrorists and support networks for the radicals harassing Jewish students, they'd lose their minds.
You worked overtime to pay your taxes.
The government took that money and handed it to George Soros' favorite pass-through organization.
Tides turned around and wrote checks to groups defending the masked thugs who burned police stations and the campus radicals.
That's not a conspiracy theory.
That's what the tax filings prove happened with $37.8 million in 2024 alone.
George Soros spent decades building a machine to fundamentally transform America using his own billions.
Turns out he found a way to make you pay for it whether you wanted to or not.
