President Donald Trump promised to end the federal government’s war on free speech.

But the Swamp is deeper than anyone realized.

And Donald Trump will be furious after a bombshell report says these secret Biden censorship programs are still operational.

Trump’s victory didn’t stop the censorship machine

When Donald Trump was sworn in as President in January, he vowed to dismantle the federal censorship regime that silenced conservatives during the Biden years.

But shocking new revelations show that government-funded “anti-misinformation” programs didn’t disappear – they simply changed their names and continued operating in the shadows.

A bombshell investigation by The Federalist has exposed how the National Science Foundation (NSF) quietly funneled millions of taxpayer dollars to censorship tools that are still active today.

These programs were designed to manipulate what Americans see online about vaccines, raw milk, and other controversial topics.

“The federal government incubated a host of online censorship programs, several of which are still operating under leftist groups,” The Federalist reported.

Your tax dollars fund “misinformation” targeting operations

The NSF’s “Convergence Accelerator” initiative served as an incubator for numerous programs designed to fight speech deemed “misinformation.”

While some of these projects disappeared after Trump took office, three major programs are still operating – and now they’re being run by left-wing institutions.

One program called “Chime In” – originally named “Course Correct” – received a whopping $5 million from the NSF starting in 2022.

Based at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, this program developed a dashboard for journalists that helps them “counter vaccine hesitancy.”

The Federalist obtained a screen recording showing how the software works. It allows users to create messaging “experiments” targeting groups like “vaccine skeptics” and push narratives across social media platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Even more disturbing, users can request funding for these campaigns, essentially allowing them to flood social media with government-approved messaging.

University spokesman Greg Bump claimed the program “avoid[s] content moderation,” but admitted it “promotes independently verified facts into at-need networks using the sponsored content systems of social media.”

In other words, your tax dollars are being used to drown out voices that challenge the establishment narrative.

World Economic Forum-backed AI censorship tool

Another NSF-funded program called the Analysis and Response Toolkit for Trust (ARTT) developed an AI chatbot specifically focused on “questions around vaccines.”

This project received nearly $750,000 starting in 2021, plus an additional $5 million to “develop practical interventions to build trust and address vaccine hesitancy.”

ARTT was led by a nonprofit called Hacks/Hackers, which has connections to some of the most powerful institutions in the world, including the World Economic Forum, Wikimedia Foundation, Google, Mozilla, and Meta.

The program also planned to partner with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, which The Federalist described as “infamous for performing transgender surgeries on and administering opposite-sex hormones to minors.”

After being incubated by the NSF, ARTT “graduated” to form its own nonprofit called Discourse Labs, which continues to work with “researchers, computer scientists, educators, democracy and conflict resolution specialists, Wikimedians, health science communicators, and others” to sway “social conversations.”

Left-wing group houses government-created censorship program

A third NSF-funded censorship tool called Expert Voices Together (EVT) received nearly $750,000 starting in 2021 and an additional $5 million in 2022.

This program was designed as a “rapid-response system” for “journalists and researchers” that arranges for “trained support coordinators” to “meet 1:1 with journalists and researchers.”

EVT is now “housed” at a radical leftist organization called Right To Be, which provides training on topics like “Bystander Intervention To Support The LGBTQIA+ Community,” “Conflict De-Escalation In Protest Spaces,” and “Bystander Intervention To Stop Police Sponsored Violence and Anti-Black Racism.”

When questioned about the program, a representative from Right To Be deflected responsibility, claiming EVT “remains under the direction of George Washington University” and directing inquiries there.

The government created a censorship network that’s now privately controlled

These revelations expose a disturbing pattern: The federal government uses taxpayer money to create censorship tools, then hands them off to private left-wing organizations that continue the work without government oversight.

“These are more instances of the federal government using taxpayers’ dollars to create privately controlled programs targeting citizens’ speech,” The Federalist concluded.

This shadowy network represents exactly the kind of deep state operations that President Trump has vowed to eliminate.

Americans deserve to know that their hard-earned tax dollars are being used to fund programs designed to manipulate public opinion and silence dissenting voices – especially on controversial topics like vaccines, COVID-19, and transgender surgeries for minors.

Now that these programs have been exposed, the question remains: Will President Trump be able to dismantle this entrenched censorship apparatus, or will the deep state continue to operate these programs regardless of who sits in the Oval Office?
