All eyes are on the Presidential election, but there are hundreds of important races taking place that will determine the future direction of the United States.
Donald Trump Jr. understands the importance of these down ticket contests and is keeping a close eye on the most competitive ones.
And Donald Trump Jr. just issued one warning in this battleground state that has Democrats slamming the panic button.
Tim Sheehy vs. Jon Tester
This November, Montana voters potentially hold the fate of the entire U.S. Senate in their hands.
If the electorate re-elects their Democrat Senator Jon Tester, Chuck Schumer maintains a shot at remaining the Senate Majority Leader.
However, if businessman and former Navy SEAL Republican Tim Sheehy is able to up-end the incumbent, Democrats will be hard pressed to keep its grasp on its slim majority in the Upper Chamber.

Because of the magnitude and weight of the Montana election, Donald Trump Jr. was already issuing warnings this spring to Big Sky Country voters.
He urged voters to support Sheehy and warned them not to be fooled by Tester’s campaign strategy of running as a moderate while back home in Montana when his voting record in Washington D.C. is that of a leftist.
“Don’t be fooled Montana, Jon Tester is a leftist fraud who takes his marching orders from Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer,” Trump Jr. tweeted. “Tim Sheehy is a MAGA patriot who will fight to put America First in the US Senate.”
With Republicans catching on to Tester’s wolf in sheep’s clothing strategy, Democrats in the Treasure State are localizing a national Never-Trump scheme.
Green Party vs. Democrats
President Joe Biden withdrew from his re-election bid.
The Democrat Party wasn’t then forced off the ballot.
No, Vice President Kamala Harris was instead anointed and inserted as the do-over candidate.
However, Montana Democrats don’t want to play by those same rules,
The Daily Montanan is reporting that the winner of the State’s Green Party primary for the U.S. Senate, Michael Downey, dropped out of the contest earlier this month.
The Party responded by naming Downey’s runner-up in the primary, Robert Barb as the new nominee.
It’s no different than what the Democrat Party engaged in over the past couple months.
However, Montana Democrats aren’t having it.
According to The Daily Montanan, the party is suing to remove the Green Party from the ballot.
Of course, this would deny the voters their constitutional option of voting for Barb.
The motivation for the suit is removing the far-Left candidate who could take votes away from Tester – who is having to campaign as a blue dog to even remain competitive in the state that voted for Trump by 16.5-points over Biden in 2020.
They’re also accusing Barb of being a Republican plant running just to undermine Tester.
Montana ballot in a state of limbo
The claim in the Democrat Party’s suit is that Barb’s appointment wasn’t in-line with Green party rules – despite the Green Party officially nominating Barb following some court jousting.
The Daily Montanan went on to report that following one judge recusing himself from the case, a second judge granted the temporary restraining order, saying the Democratic Party was likely to succeed.
However, the Montana Secretary of State office confirmed that the ballots had already been confirmed prior to the judge’s ruling.
“So, the order came out saying, ‘Don’t certify anybody,’ but that had already occurred one or more hours previously, so that’s why things are kind of in limbo,” Barb’s attorney Ron Cameron said.
The ultimate decision will be made in the courts as this suit continues to play out.
