Biden-Harris officials spent four years stonewalling investigations into several high-profile cases.
But the walls are finally closing in on them.
And Dan Bongino left Washington insiders on edge after he announced three FBI case reopenings.
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino sent shockwaves through Washington D.C. when he announced the bureau is reopening three major cases that mysteriously went cold during the Biden-Harris administration.
In a statement posted to his X account, Bongino revealed that he and FBI Director Kash Patel have made the decision “to either re-open, or push additional resources and investigative attention, to these cases.”
The bombshell announcement comes as Republicans have demanded answers about why the FBI seemingly abandoned investigations into several suspicious incidents that happened on Biden’s watch.
Bongino stated that the FBI will be reopening investigations into the January 6 pipe bombs, the 2022 Supreme Court draft opinion leak, and the 2023 White House cocaine incident.
“I receive requested briefings on these cases weekly and we are making progress,” Bongino stated.
January 6 pipe bombs remain an unsolved mystery
The January 6 pipe bomb investigation has remained one of the most mysterious aspects of that chaotic day.
The FBI has video of someone dropping pipe bombs at both the Republican and Democrat headquarters the night before January 6. You can see the person plain as day.
Yet somehow, even with all their fancy cameras and facial recognition tech, the feds couldn’t find this bomber during the entire Biden presidency. Makes you wonder if they were really looking all that hard.
Critics have long questioned why the investigation into these potentially deadly explosive devices seemed to fall by the wayside while the DOJ aggressively pursued protesters who entered the Capitol.
Supreme Court leak investigation went nowhere
The second case being reopened involves the unprecedented leak of the draft Supreme Court opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization in May 2022.
That Supreme Court leak blew up like a bomb in May 2022. It told the whole country Roe v. Wade was toast before the justices were ready to announce it. Angry mobs showed up at justices’ homes. It was chaos.
The Court’s own Marshal supposedly investigated. Big surprise – they found nobody responsible. Four years went by, and the Biden team never seemed too bothered about finding the leaker. Wonder why?
White House nose candy swept away
Remember when they found cocaine in the White House? Secret Service agents discovered the powder in the West Wing – not exactly the back alley behind a nightclub.
But the Biden team acted like it was no big deal. They shrugged their shoulders, said “gosh, we just can’t figure out who brought illegal drugs into the most watched building in America,” and closed the case faster than you can say “Hunter Biden.”
The hasty conclusion of this investigation raised eyebrows, especially given the extensive security protocols and surveillance systems throughout the White House complex.
Bongino urged the public to assist in these reopened investigations by submitting any relevant information or tips directly to the FBI.
Bongino wants your help too. Got tips? Send ’em to the FBI.
This shake-up shows Trump’s FBI isn’t playing games like Biden’s did. For four years, folks watched as Democrat-friendly cases got fast-tracked while these three bombshells collected dust.
Trump promised to drain the swamp and fix the FBI when he campaigned. Looks like he meant it.
Republicans in Congress are cheering Bongino’s move. They’ve been hollering for answers on these cases since they happened, but got stonewalled at every turn.
Will we finally learn who planted those bombs? Who leaked that Supreme Court opinion? Who brought cocaine into the people’s house? With Bongino and Patel on the case, Americans might actually get some straight answers for once.
