The Microsoft billionaire wants taxpayers to fund his favorite causes.
And Bill Gates just got caught red-handed over this ugly lie about Trump.
Gates blames Trump for child deaths while USAID funded woke scams
Bill Gates is blaming President Trump for the deaths of children in developing countries after the administration shut down USAID's money laundering operation.
The Microsoft co-founder told Politico that "there were sudden and massive cuts — you just can't deny that's led to lots of deaths."¹
Gates claimed that for the first time in 25 years, preventable child deaths are projected to increase by 200,000 in 2025.²
Here's what exposes Gates' grotesque hypocrisy: He's worth $115 billion but won't spend a dime of his own money.³
If USAID really saved children's lives, Gates and his billionaire friends would be writing checks to replace every dollar Trump cut.
Instead they're demanding American taxpayers keep funding a globalist slush fund that spent $2 million on "gender-affirming health care" in Guatemala, $47,000 for a "transgender opera" in Colombia, and $32,000 for a "transgender comic book" in Peru.⁴
Trump eliminated roughly $5 billion in foreign aid that funded radical NGOs and woke activism disguised as humanitarian aid.⁵
Gates could cover that entire amount and still have $110 billion left over.
But Gates won't do that because USAID was never about saving lives — it was about funneling taxpayer money to left-wing organizations while billionaires like Gates protected their fortunes.
Trump exposed USAID as globalist money laundering scheme
The White House fired back at Gates' accusations with a statement from spokesperson Anna Kelly.
"This is totally false – America remains the most generous country in the world because President Trump has a humanitarian heart, and partner countries want to be self-reliant in addressing the needs of their people," Kelly stated.⁶
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt exposed exactly what USAID was really funding during a briefing.
"$1.5 million to advance DEI in Serbia's workplaces, $70,000 for a production of a DEI musical in Ireland, $47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia, $32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru," Leavitt read from the list.⁷
"I don't know about you, but as an American taxpayer I don't want my dollars going toward this crap," Leavitt added.⁸
Other wasteful USAID spending included $650,000 for micro-insurance in Colombia, $60,000 for "listening tours" in Timor-Leste, $12,000 for "telling the USAID story" in Bosnia, and funding that ended up supporting meals for al-Qaeda fighters in Syria.⁹
Trump also defunded "democracy promotion activities" that were actually censorship operations interfering in foreign elections.¹⁰
Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced in March that 83% of USAID programs had been canceled after the agency "spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve, (and in some cases even harmed), the core national interests of the United States."¹¹
Gates and billionaire class won't replace funding because they know it's a scam
Here's the test that proves USAID was a scam: Gates won't replace the funding.
If Gates genuinely believed his own projections about 200,000 children dying, he could write a $5 billion check today and save every single one of those lives according to his calculations.
He'd still have $110 billion left over.
But Gates isn't doing that because he knows USAID wasn't saving lives — it was a money laundering operation that funneled taxpayer dollars to globalist NGOs pushing woke ideology.
Gates flies around on private jets demanding that middle-class Americans who make $60,000 a year send their tax dollars to fund transgender operations in Guatemala while he keeps his wealth invested in Cascade Investment LLC.¹²
He collects returns on stakes in Berkshire Hathaway, Coca-Cola, and luxury hotels while lecturing working Americans about their moral obligation to fund foreign aid.¹³
Gates told CBS Mornings that "this crisis is that some people are saying, 'Hey, even that 1% — should we do that or not?' And I'm saying, 'Listen to the people who go out and see the work.'"¹⁴
Translation: Shut up and pay your taxes to fund woke NGOs so Gates doesn't have to spend his own fortune.
The billionaire philanthropist warned that if aid cuts of 30% are permanent, 16 million more children could die by 2045.¹⁵
That would cost roughly $15 billion to $20 billion over two decades to prevent.
If Gates and his billionaire allies at the Gates Foundation, Clinton Foundation, and Soros-backed organizations actually believed that, they'd pool their money and fund it themselves.
They won't because they know USAID was a scam that lined the pockets of left-wing activists while claiming to help the poor.
Trump called their bluff by shutting down the money laundering operation.
Now Gates is mad because Trump exposed that none of them ever cared about saving lives — they cared about controlling how American tax dollars got funneled to their political allies overseas.
