The National Abortion Federation’s Security Manager Robert Ledogar boasted about his organization’s close ties with Biden’s Justice Department in a January 2023 email to Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke.
Ledogar described witnessing an "amazing relationship" between his organization and multiple Biden Justice Department prosecutors including Sanjay Patel, who led Biden’s task force targeting reproductive health providers.
But here’s the part that should make every American furious – the National Abortion Federation wasn’t just providing tips to the FBI.
The abortion group was conducting investigations alongside federal prosecutors in Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, California, New York, Maryland, and North Carolina.
The abortion lobby infiltrated federal law enforcement
This wasn’t some informal consultation between law enforcement and advocacy groups.
The emails reveal that the National Abortion Federation was embedded inside Biden’s Justice Department operations, working hand-in-glove with prosecutors to identify targets for prosecution.
Ledogar revealed his organization monitored events like the March for Life to spot what he called extremists who "find the need to prevent reproductive health care."
Let that sink in for a moment.

In Tennessee, six pro-lifers faced over 10 years in prison after they were convicted of violating the FACE Act and conspiring against rights.
Three of the pro-lifers were sentenced to prison over that case, which involved a group of Christians singing and praying inside the hallway of an office building outside an abortion facility.
Among Biden’s targets were defendants like 89-year-old communist concentration camp survivor Eva Edl and 75-year-old Massachusetts grandmother Paula Paulette Harlow.
The Biden administration also conducted armed FBI raids of the rural Tennessee home of Paul Vaughn, a father of 11, and Mark Houck, a father of seven.
In New York, pro-life mother Bevelyn Williams and Catholic priest Fidelis Moscinski were sentenced to prison over FACE Act violations.
These weren’t violent criminals or terrorists – they were devout Christians whose only "crime" was peacefully advocating for the protection of unborn children.
The Trump administration exposes the corruption
President Donald Trump wasted no time cleaning house when he returned to office.
During his first week back in the White House, Trump pardoned nearly two dozen peaceful pro-life activists, including several who were serving lengthy prison sentences.
The Trump administration also issued new guidance requiring prosecutors to pursue FACE Act cases only when there’s evidence of extreme violence or property damage.
But the damage was already done.
For four years, Biden’s Justice Department weaponized federal law enforcement against Americans whose only crime was their Christian faith and commitment to protecting innocent life.
The Functional Government Initiative, the watchdog group that obtained these emails, called the relationship a "disturbing picture of DOJ’s eagerness to meet with pro-abortion lobbyists and activists and punish pro-life Americans."
They’re absolutely right.
This wasn’t law enforcement – it was political persecution disguised as justice.

The FACE Act was supposed to protect both abortion facilities and crisis pregnancy centers, but under Biden it became a weapon exclusively aimed at Christians and pro-life Americans.
