Anti-ICE agitators are growing bolder in their war against immigration enforcement.
What comes next should worry every American.
And anti-ICE militants are setting the stage for this scary escalation of violence.
Anarchist Manifesto Resurfaces After Kirk Assassination Calling For Armed Insurgency
An anarchist manifesto calling for "complete annihilation" of political opponents has resurfaced on left-wing blog sites, coinciding with Minneapolis activists establishing road blockades to obstruct Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations.
The document, originally published in October 2025 and highlighted in a new Center for Security Policy report, provides a blueprint for seizing U.S. territory through armed insurrection.
Counterterrorism analyst Kyle Shideler warns that "support for armed militancy has increased steadily" among anarchist and anti-fascist networks following Charlie Kirk's assassination.
The manifesto dismisses passive "ICE Watch" groups as "reactive" and instead outlines "a way to win the war against humanity waged by the US government" through territorial conquest.
Minneapolis Anti-ICE Blockades Test Territorial Control Tactics From Manifesto
The anarchist author proposes conquering U.S. territory and holding it against government forces.
Shideler compared this directly to the road blockades activists created in Minneapolis over the past week.
Minnesota anti-ICE agitators threw debris across intersections to slow traffic and ran license plates on every vehicle that approached.
When ICE vehicles tried to pass, the activists blocked them.
When journalists showed up to document the operation, the activists attacked them.
Daily Caller reporter Jorge Ventura was attacked when he filmed them turning away vehicles suspected of belonging to ICE agents.
The blockades represent more than temporary protests.
They're testing how far activists can push territorial control before government responds with force.
Minneapolis Anti-ICE Blockades Mirror Seattle CHAZ Autonomous Zone Tactics
This isn't the first time leftist radicals have attempted to seize American territory.
In 2020, Seattle's Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone occupied six city blocks for 23 days after police abandoned their East Precinct.
CHAZ established armed security details, vetted who could enter, and declared the area "property of the Seattle People."
The occupation ended only after multiple shootings, including the deaths of two black teenagers, forced Mayor Jenny Durkan to order police to clear the zone.
Four years later, Minneapolis activists are following the same playbook with more sophisticated tactics.
They're establishing "filter blockades" using stolen traffic cones, barrels, and barricade beams spray-painted with "ICE Out" branding.
The structures are reinforced with wood scaffolding, furniture, and storage pallets creating fort-like perimeters.
Activists wearing neon crossing guard vests stop motorists at intersections and won't let them pass until running their license plates through a database.
Anarchist Manifesto Calls For "Complete Annihilation" Of Conservatives In Liberated Territories
The resurfaced manifesto spells out what happens to conservatives in "liberated territories."
"The ideologically hardened right wingers are essentially enemy combatants," the manifesto reads.
"Whether they are currently active is not so much a question. If allowed to remain in a territory, they may be or could become agents of the counterinsurgent."
Then comes the chilling conclusion.
"They must be thoroughly disabled and removed from liberated territories. It is important to begin considering how to deal with these factions from the perspective of an abolitionist movement. Complete annihilation is essential."
Anti-ICE agitators are planning how to eliminate anyone who refuses to submit to their revolutionary control.
Democrats Enable Anti-ICE Militants' Territorial Seizure Under Operation Metro Surge
The anarchist networks coordinating these territorial seizure attempts remain largely ignored by the authorities.
Shideler notes that "following the assassination of Charlie Kirk and attacks on ICE detention centers and police, media interest in these armed groups has likewise risen."
Democrat officials in Minneapolis and other blue cities actively enable these operations by refusing to cooperate with federal law enforcement.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey stated the city would not assist with immigration enforcement.
Governor Tim Walz compared federal immigration enforcement to "an armed force that's assaulting, that's killing my constituents."
Democrat rhetoric gives revolutionaries exactly the cover they need to establish "autonomous zones" and test their manifesto's territorial control theories.
If anarchists succeed in establishing lasting territorial control, the country faces a constitutional crisis.
The manifesto's author is "unapologetic that the goal is to use force to seize and control territory in a balkanized United States, from which they will eliminate their political opponents," according to Shideler's analysis.
These radicals are actively testing whether the federal government has the will to stop them from carving autonomous zones out of American cities.
And so far, Democrat officials are giving them every reason to believe they'll succeed.
