Van Jones has been carrying water for the Democrat Party for years.
The CNN commentator and former Obama administration Green Jobs Czar rarely breaks ranks with his leftist colleagues.
But Van Jones hit Democrats with one reality check that left them fuming.
Van Jones admits the woke era has gone way too far
CNN’s Van Jones dropped a bombshell during a recent appearance that caught everyone off guard.
The longtime Democrat cheerleader finally said what conservatives have been screaming from the rooftops for years.
And his admission about the "woke era" sent shockwaves through his own network.
"This is not gonna make me popular, but I’m not mad, because it got ridiculous," Jones confessed during his CNN appearance.
The civil rights activist and best-selling author went on to describe the nightmare that woke culture has created in American workplaces.
"I’m an employer, and at a certain point, your Slack channel just turns into Vietnam every other day because something happened that had nothing to do with the workplace," Jones explained.
He painted a picture that any business owner will immediately recognize – the endless parade of workplace drama and forced sensitivity sessions that have nothing to do with actually getting work done.
"You got to bring in all kinds of counselors and, like, this is not camp, guys. We’re trying to make money," Jones continued.
The CNN commentator seemed to realize he was breaking from the approved script as he added, "So I enjoyed the moment for a while where we were having our reckonings about everything. We done wrecked, okay? Reckoning direct."
"We can move on," Jones concluded, laughing nervously as he probably realized what he’d just admitted on live television.
Conservative commentators celebrate Jones’ rare moment of honesty
"Quick Start Podcast" host Dan Andros told BlazeTV’s Stu Burguiere that he viewed Jones as "pretty perceptive" for finally acknowledging reality.
"I think he’s sort of admitting this because Van Jones is pretty perceptive, and so I think he’s recognizing that they’ve overplayed their hands, the woke folks, right?" Andros explained.
Andros connected Jones’ admission to the broader political reality that Democrats still refuse to accept.
"Like it’s just people are sick of it, as evidenced by Donald Trump waltzing into the White House for a second time," he continued.
The podcast host pointed out the absurdity of the Left’s entire strategy over the past four years.
"This guy [Trump], they rebranded as Hitler for four years. And they’re like, ‘Well, how did Hitler get in there?’" Andros said.
He summed up exactly why Trump’s victory was so decisive and what it means for everyday Americans.
"It’s like, I don’t know. Maybe because like Van said, you turned your job that you have to show up to every day, for millions of people, into this place where now they’ve got to tiptoe around every microaggression imaginable and it’s a living nightmare, and they voted against it overwhelmingly," Andros stated.
Burguiere expanded on that point by explaining the impossible position Democrats have created for themselves.
"If you say, ‘Donald Trump is Hitler,’ right, and then Hitler gets elected, you have a path to go. Your two choices are, number one, I was wrong. He’s not Hitler, and I was overexaggerating what my belief was in this guy," Burguiere explained.
The second option shows just how deranged the Left has become in their thinking.
"Or two, he is Hitler, and I live in Nazi Germany because the people around me all want Hitler," he continued.
Democrats still don’t understand why they lost so badly
Look, here’s what makes Jones’ admission so significant – and why conservatives should be celebrating this moment.
For years, we’ve been watching American businesses turn into psychological torture chambers where employees spend more time walking on eggshells than actually working.
Every company became a daycare center for adults who couldn’t handle the basic reality that not everyone agrees with their political opinions.
Jones just confirmed what we all knew was happening – productive work got replaced by endless sensitivity sessions and Slack channel meltdowns over things that had absolutely nothing to do with the job.
But here’s the thing that should really encourage conservatives – most Democrats still don’t get it.
They’re still running around calling Trump "Hitler" and wondering why normal Americans rejected their message.
As Burguiere pointed out, they have two choices: admit they were wrong about Trump, or convince themselves they’re living in Nazi Germany.
Most of them are choosing option two, which means they’re going to keep making the same mistakes that cost them this election.
The beauty of Jones’ moment of honesty is that it shows even some Democrats are starting to realize their woke agenda has become a liability.
When you’re turning workplaces into combat zones over political correctness, you’ve lost the working class voters who just want to do their jobs and go home to their families.
Trump won because he promised to end this madness and restore common sense to American institutions.
Jones accidentally confirmed that Trump’s message resonated because the problem really is as bad as conservatives said it was.
The question now is whether more Democrats will follow Jones’ lead and admit reality, or double down on the failed strategy that just delivered them their worst defeat in decades.
Based on what we’ve seen so far, they’re choosing to double down – which is great news for conservatives heading into the midterm elections.
