FBI Insider Blows The Whistle On Biden's Hiring Disaster
Nicole Parker spent 12 years as an FBI special agent investigating human trafficking, violent crimes, and active shooter situations before she walked away in October 2022.
The Texas native and former Wall Street executive witnessed something she never imagined when she joined the bureau in 2010 — a complete takeover by radical leftists pushing identity politics over protecting Americans.
Parker dropped a bombshell in her new book The Two FBIs: The Bravery and Betrayal I Saw In My Time At The Bureau that exposes how Biden's diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda gutted hiring standards and turned the agency into a political weapon.
"Under the Biden administration, they were hiring idiots," Parker told the New York Post.¹
The real damage accelerated in 2013 when the FBI formed its "Office of Diversity and Inclusion" and by 2015 made "diversity" a core value of the bureau.²
Parker described a "civil war" inside the agency between what she called "FBI 1" and "FBI 2."
FBI 1 represented "integrity, meritocracy and protecting the American people" while FBI 2 pushed "personal agendas and identity politics, DEI and politically motivated cases" instead of serious crime investigations.³
Under Biden and Director Christopher Wray "it really amped it up" and "morale took a serious hit," according to Parker.⁴
Congressional Investigation Confirms The Worst Fears About FBI Hiring
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan launched an investigation into the FBI's DEI disaster after whistleblowers came forward with shocking details about collapsed hiring standards.
A 112-page report by retired and active FBI agents delivered to Congress detailed "alarming trends" showing the bureau was no longer hiring "the best and brightest" candidates.⁵
The report documented how hiring standards were "relaxed and requirements measurably lowered" across physical fitness, drug use, financial integrity, mental health, work experience, and honesty.⁶
One FBI informant identified as SIERRA 72 described disqualifying a black female applicant because she was "more than 50 pounds overweight using the FBI's body fat index and could not pass the Physical Fitness Test."⁷
The applicant told SIERRA 72 that she "hates working out and was never active."⁸
But FBI headquarters ordered the agent to push the candidate through anyway to meet diversity quotas.
Another informant, SIERRA 79, reported a minority female FBI special agent's "writing skills were so poor the agent was sent to a local college to take remedial English classes."⁹
"The agent never made a case or wrote an affidavit and had to be pulled along to support investigations [and] could not be trusted in court," SIERRA 79 explained.¹⁰
When her supervisor requested termination, headquarters responded "we need minority female agents."¹¹
The FBI application pool has collapsed from over 100,000 applications in the early 2000s — when roughly 1,000 new agents graduated annually representing the top one percent — to just 48,000 applications in February 2024.¹²
Seventeen Dead Children Because Wray Cared More About Diversity Than Stopping Killers
Parker didn't just describe the bureaucratic rot — she connected it directly to dead Americans.
Nine days before Nikolas Cruz walked into Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and murdered 17 students and staff, FBI Director Wray was attending a "Diversity Agent Recruitment event" just 27 miles away.¹³
Seventeen children and teachers bleeding out in hallways while the FBI Director focused on diversity quotas instead of training agents to properly document tips about school shooters.
The FBI had received two separate warnings about Cruz.
On January 5, 2018, someone called the tip line with specifics about "Cruz's gun ownership, desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and disturbing social media posts, as well as the potential of him conducting a school shooting."¹⁴
The tip went nowhere. Nobody from the FBI ever knocked on Cruz's door.
Six weeks later, seventeen people were dead.
"I had to tell shattered parents that their child was dead when it could have been stopped," Parker said.¹⁵
Parker's best friend, FBI Special Agent Laura Schwartzenberger, was shot in the head and killed in February 2021 while executing a search warrant on a child predator.
"They were not deliberately sending SWAT resources for child predators like they were for January 6th misdemeanors," Parker explained.¹⁶
The FBI sent SWAT teams after grandmothers who walked through the Capitol but nothing to protect agents going after child predators.
Senator Marsha Blackburn ripped into Wray after the New Orleans terrorist attack, pointing out the FBI held a "Diversity Agent Recruiting Event" in New Orleans just months before while the city's Police Chief — who teaches "bias and diversity" courses for the FBI — failed to stop it.¹⁷
Every American is less safe when the FBI hires people who can't write reports, can't pass physical fitness tests, and can't be trusted in court.
President Trump terminated all DEI programs across the federal government within days of taking office.
The FBI removed "diversity" from its list of core values and is now "fully complying" with Trump's executive order.¹⁸
Under new FBI Director Kash Patel, Parker believes the bureau can finally focus on "keeping America safe" instead of checking diversity boxes.¹⁹
Trump's decision to destroy DEI came just in time. Another four years of Biden hiring "idiots" and there wouldn't be an FBI worth saving.
