ICE is under siege in blue cities across the country.
Democrats have declared war on law enforcement.
And a Seattle jury made one sick decision about an illegal alien who attacked ICE.
Mexican National With Drive-By Shooting Conviction Rammed Federal Agents With Vehicle
Victor Vivanco-Reyes, 25, an illegal alien from Mexico, faced two federal counts of assault on a federal officer after deliberately using his vehicle as a weapon against ICE agents.
The June 6, 2025 attack on Camano Island, Washington started when federal agents spotted Vivanco-Reyes driving a work truck towing a trailer.
Federal agents boxed him in with three vehicles.
Vivanco-Reyes accelerated straight at them, crashing into one vehicle before colliding head-on with another.
Two agents were hospitalized with injuries.
The truck careened off the road, hit a ditch, and struck a power pole before stopping.
Vivanco-Reyes bolted on foot but agents tackled him down.
This wasn't his first escape attempt – agents had tried capturing him on May 22 in Mount Vernon but called off the chase when he tore through residential neighborhoods endangering families.
Convicted of Drive-By Shooting at School and Prison Riot – Seattle Jury Set Him Free
Federal agents knew exactly who they were dealing with.
He'd already been convicted of opening fire in a drive-by shooting near a school.
While locked up, he helped start a riot inside a Washington prison.
The assault charges carried 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
A Seattle jury acquitted him on every count.
Think about what that jury just told every ICE agent in Washington – you can be violently attacked by an illegal alien with a record of shootings and prison riots, end up in the hospital, and we'll make sure he walks free.
That's not justice.
That's jury nullification designed to protect criminals and punish federal law enforcement.
Leftist Activists Openly Call for More Violence Against ICE After Acquittal
Katie Daviscourt broke the story on X.
"Leftist activists are praising the acquittal, saying no Seattle jury will convict subjects accused of targeting ICE agents," Daviscourt reported.
"They are calling for more attacks."
Activists in Seattle are now openly encouraging violence against federal agents because they know local juries will provide cover.
Embolden criminals with no consequences, get more crime.
Seattle's repeating that exact playbook against immigration enforcement.
Mayor Bruce Harrell and Governor Bob Ferguson created this environment by running a sanctuary jurisdiction that refuses to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.
Now their policies have progressed from passive resistance to active protection of people who violently assault federal agents.
Trump designated MS-13, the Sinaloa Cartel, and other criminal organizations as foreign terrorist organizations.
The networks coordinating violence against ICE agents deserve the same treatment.
Because that's exactly what this is – organized domestic terrorism with a specific goal: make it impossible for federal agents to enforce immigration law through threat of violence and guaranteed legal immunity.
The Trump administration should invoke federal supremacy and prosecute Vivanco-Reyes in a jurisdiction where juries actually believe ramming federal agents with vehicles is a crime.
Seattle just declared open season on ICE.
Time for Washington, D.C. to respond accordingly.
