The Charlie Kirk assassination on sent shockwaves through the conservative movement.
Democrats have crossed a bright red line.
But a MAGA mom was betrayed by New Jersey cops after she received this sick threat.
Police Refuse to Press Charges After "ThisB****NeedsToDie" Group Chat Exposed
Danielle Bellomo brought evidence to police in September — screenshots showing Democrat officials discussing her in a group chat they'd named "ThisB****NeedsToDie."
The Marlboro Township, New Jersey Board of Education member and proud MAGA-supporting mom of three had endured months of vicious threats and sexual harassment from Democrat school board candidates and officials.
One text from Scott Semaya during a July board meeting made national headlines: "Bellomo must be cold — her nips could cut glass right n."¹
That was just the beginning.
"I swear she can't die soon enough," Mitesh Gandhi — whose wife sits on the board with Bellomo — allegedly wrote. "I'm gonna slaughter her now."²
"Need this b**** to crack," he added.²
The group included board vice president Chad Hyett, former board candidate Nirav Kadakia, and former public school teacher Lenny Thor.
Bellomo secured a protective order against Gandhi in September.
Two months later, Marlboro Police Captain Stephen Levy announced no charges would be filed.³
Ted Cruz Called It "Wrong and Evil" — Police Disagreed
The scandal went viral in October when photos of Semaya typing the sexual comment during a public meeting hit social media.
U.S. Senator Ted Cruz condemned the threats on X: "Dems keep embracing political violence. This is wrong. And evil."⁴
Semaya and his running mate dropped out of the school board race.
But Hyett kept his position as board vice president.
Gandhi's wife kept her seat on the board.
And prosecutors said nobody did anything criminal.
"I'm gonna slaughter her now" isn't ambiguous — that's a direct threat of violence. Under New Jersey law, criminal coercion carries up to five years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
Police interviewed the men, examined the texts, consulted with the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office — and recommended zero charges.
Think about that for a second. A group of Democrat men created a chat called "ThisB****NeedsToDie," discussed specific plans to "slaughter" a conservative mom, and texted crude sexual remarks about her while sitting at public meetings.
No charges.
Scott Semaya's lawyer is crowing about victory: "Scott will start to rebuild everything that was hastily and maliciously taken from him and his family."³
They're treating Bellomo like she's the criminal for exposing their threats.
This Is the Post-Kirk World Democrats Are Building
Here's what New Jersey authorities just taught every political terrorist in America: threaten conservative women all you want.
Two months after Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a left-wing radical, police in Marlboro told conservatives that explicit death threats don't warrant charges.
In Virginia, Democrat Attorney General candidate Jay Jones sent texts in 2022 suggesting Republican House Speaker Todd Gilbert deserved to be shot in the head and that Gilbert’s children should die.
Jones was never charged for those threats.
The pattern is clear. Democrats threaten violence against conservatives. Media downplays it. Police investigate just enough to create the appearance of caring. Prosecutors decline to act.
Rinse and repeat.
The board held a six-hour meeting in October where over 100 residents demanded accountability.
Votes to remove Hyett and Board President Brian Cohen failed. The board called the chat "offensive" but took no action.⁶
Offensive? Try criminal.
Bellomo told The New York Post she's seen additional messages containing "extremely terrifying" threats.⁶ A judge extended her protective order against Gandhi through January after reading these texts aloud in court.²
Gandhi allegedly texted another Marlboro dad: "Mission is to just let her die by herself lol" and "we pivot to making her life miserable in other ways."²
When cops showed up at his home, Gandhi texted: "I told them she's a fing bats c***. About to really f*** her life up now lol."²
A judge found these threats serious enough to extend a protective order. But prosecutors don't think they warrant criminal charges.
If you're a conservative school board member reading this, here's what authorities just told you: you're on your own.
Report threats to police and watch them do nothing. The men threatening you will keep their positions. Their wives will keep their positions. And if you complain too loudly, you'll be painted as the troublemaker.
Every conservative who speaks up at school board meetings now knows they're fair game. The men who wish them dead will face no consequences. Police won't help. Prosecutors won't act. And the media will ignore it.
New Jersey authorities just gave political terrorists the green light.
