The Justice Department Reviewed 60 Million Voter Records and Democrats Want the Findings Buried

Democrats spent years telling you that voter fraud was a myth.

The Justice Department just ran 60 million voter records and proved them wrong.

Now 29 states are taking the federal government to court to make sure you never see what else is in those rolls.

350000 Dead Voters and 25000 Noncitizens Found on Voter Rolls

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon sat down with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures and laid out what the DOJ found when states finally handed over their records.

At least 350,000 dead people are currently listed as active registered voters.

Roughly 25,000 individuals with no citizenship records have been sent to the Department of Homeland Security to determine whether they cast ballots.

Dhillon confirmed she is personally in contact with election integrity activists who have documented real cases of non-citizens voting in federal elections.

"The Left told us this never happens and it's a myth," Dhillon said.

"It definitely happened."

That is the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights saying, on the record, that Democrat officials lied to your face for years.

Tim Walz Gave Illegal Immigrants Driver's Licenses and a Noncitizen Voted

The most explosive detail from the interview was not the 350,000 dead voters.

It was Minnesota.

A non-citizen was just indicted in Minnesota for voting in the 2024 election.

His name is Mukeshkumar Somabhai Chaudhari – a 39-year-old who obtained a Minnesota driver's license, used it to register in 2023, cast a ballot in November 2024, and denied voting when investigators came knocking.

He later admitted to the ballot and told authorities he did not know he was ineligible until his lawyer told him during his green card process.

He faces up to five years in prison and permanent deportation.

Tim Walz signed a bill in 2023 handing driver's licenses to illegal aliens – with no marking indicating the holder is not a citizen.

Minnesota also runs an election-day vouching system under which one registered voter can cover the registration of up to eight people with no independent citizenship check for any of them.

Dhillon called it out directly: "Minnesota has a weird vouching law that allows citizens to vouch for each other's citizenship. That's crazy and inconsistent with the Help America Vote Act."

The DOJ has already subpoenaed Minnesota's secretary of state office as part of a federal grand jury investigation.

Walz's office did not respond to requests for comment.

Democrats Are Suing to Block the Voter Roll Cleanup Before the 2026 Midterms

Dhillon is suing 29 states and Washington D.C. for refusing to hand over their voter rolls.

Not foreign enemies.

Not criminals.

American states – run by Democrat governors and Democrat secretaries of state – are taking the federal government to court to stop the DOJ from seeing who is registered to vote.

Federal judges in several of those cases have sided with the states against the Trump administration.

Democrats are spending taxpayer money on lawyers to fight the people trying to clean dead voters off the rolls.

The Civil Rights Act of 1960 explicitly gives the Attorney General access to voter rolls to verify election compliance.

Democrats are using litigation to block a civil rights law.

Dhillon told Bartiromo the DOJ is expediting appeals in the Ninth and Sixth Circuits.

How Democrats Blocked Election Integrity Laws for a Decade

Judicial Watch has been forcing states to clean their voter rolls for nearly a decade – removing over six million ineligible voter names nationwide through federal lawsuits.

Just this month, Judicial Watch announced its 2023 Colorado settlement resulted in 372,000 outdated registrations being scrubbed from the rolls.

Every time a conservative organization or the Trump DOJ forces a cleanup, they find the exact fraud Democrats said did not exist.

Democrats didn’t fail to clean these rolls by accident.

They built the system – illegal alien driver's licenses, same-day vouching, automatic voter registration with no citizenship check – to make fraud easier, then called anyone who noticed a racist.

Dhillon now has 60 million records and 350,000 dead names.

The only question is whether the courts let her finish the job before the 2026 midterms.
