Secret FBI Files Just Confirmed Jack Smith’s Witch Hunt Was Bigger Than Anyone Imagined

For three years, Democrats told you Jack Smith was the last honest man in Washington.

He just proved them wrong in the worst possible way.

And Kash Patel found files the Biden FBI buried so deep it took him a full year as Director to locate them – and what's inside has Susie Wiles saying she is "in shock."

Jack Smith's FBI Buried Kash Patel and Susie Wiles Phone Records in Secret Files

The FBI categorized these records as "Prohibited" – a classification that walls them off from normal searches inside bureau systems.

Patel says he only found them because he knew to look.

Jack Smith secretly subpoenaed the phone records of both Patel and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles in 2022 and 2023, when both were private citizens with no connection to any classified document or any crime.

They were working on Donald Trump's presidential campaign.

Reuters then reported something worse: in 2023, the FBI recorded a private phone call between Wiles and her own attorney – without Wiles knowing it was happening.

The FBI claimed Wiles' attorney consented to the recording.

Her attorney denied it, telling Axios reporter Marc Caputo he never consented and was "as shocked as Susie."

If the attorney didn't consent, the Biden FBI recorded a privileged attorney-client conversation without a warrant and without the knowledge of either party.

That is a federal wiretapping crime.

That is the man Democrats spent three years calling the last honest prosecutor in America.

Jack Smith Violated Attorney-Client Privilege While Telling Congress No One Is Above the Law

Smith said those words to Congress in January – "no one should be above the law" – while Jamie Raskin told him he had "nothing to be ashamed of" and Merrick Garland had announced his appointment by promising decisions guided "only by the facts and the law."

Attorney-client privilege is not a technicality. It is one of the foundational protections in the American legal system – the guarantee that what you tell your lawyer stays between you and your lawyer.

Smith recorded through it anyway and buried the evidence.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley has now documented the full scope of what Smith was doing while Democrats hailed him: 197 subpoenas targeting over 400 named Republicans – senators, private citizens, campaign staff, and congressional allies.

Eight Republican senators had their phone records seized without their knowledge, and Smith obtained non-disclosure orders to prevent the carriers from alerting them.

Grassley's investigation found Smith's own team was warned in a May 2023 internal email that subpoenaing congressional records risked violating the Constitution.

Smith steamrolled ahead and hid it from Congress anyway.

Merrick Garland Watched the Biden FBI Weaponization Happen and Did Nothing

Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley named both men responsible.

Smith built the dragnet and Garland let it run.

Garland had the authority to rein Smith in. Instead he watched Smith compile the most sweeping political surveillance operation in modern American history and did nothing to stop it.

Jack Smith was not a prosecutor following the law.

He was a political operative  told to destroy Donald Trump before the 2024 election.

Smith failed. And now the files he tried to bury are telling the whole story.

Patel has already fired 10 FBI agents connected to the operation and ended the bureau's ability to classify records as "Prohibited."

Attorney General Pam Bondi has called Arctic Frost – the FBI's internal codename for Smith's surveillance dragnet – an "unconstitutional, undemocratic abuse of power."

Jack Smith spent three years telling America no one is above the law.

It's time to find out if he meant it.
