Megyn Kelly Took Off the Gloves After Ilhan Omar’s Latest Temper Tantrum

Ilhan Omar made a fool out of herself at the State of the Union.

Her childish outburst crossed a bright line.

And Megyn Kelly took off the gloves after Ilhan Omar's latest temper tantrum.

Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib's State of the Union Meltdown

When Donald Trump asked every lawmaker to stand if they believed the first duty of the American government is to protect citizens, not illegal aliens, Democrats stayed in their seats.

Trump didn't let it go. "Isn't that a shame? You should be ashamed of yourselves for not standing up."

That's when Ilhan Omar came unglued.

She screamed "That's a lie! You're a liar!" as Trump laid out $19 billion in alleged Somali community fraud draining Minnesota taxpayers.

"You have killed Americans," Omar shouted as Republicans erupted in "USA! USA!" chants.

Multiple reporters in the gallery said Omar began hurling profane insults at Trump.

Fellow Squad member, Representative Rashida Tlaib, sat beside her wearing watermelon earrings in solidarity with Hamas and a "F*** ICE" pin on the floor of the United States Capitol.

When Republicans started chanting "USA," observers reported Tlaib appeared to respond with "KKK."

They walked out before Trump honored two military members with surprise Congressional Medal of Honor awards.

Megyn Kelly on Ilhan Omar's SOTU Outburst: She Should Be Censured

Former Fox News host MegynKelly called Omar "incapable of controlling her foul mouth" and said Omar deserves censure and formal House discipline for what the country watched.

Then Kelly made the comparison that cut to the heart of it.

She likened Omar's performance to activist John Davidson – the man who involuntarily shouted racial slurs at black actors during the BAFTA awards last weekend because of his Tourette's syndrome.

"It was like the guy at the BAFTAs," Kelly said. "Yelling at every turn – and some worse things than that. That's her. She looked at it and thought, #Goals."

The difference is Davidson can't help it.

Kelly gave Trump an "A" for the night, praising the White House for honoring "truly incredible folks" – war heroes, Olympic champions, Charlie Kirk's widow Erika.

She said Trump handled the heckling with discipline – staying composed, never taking the bait, letting the contrast play out on camera.

Then Kelly raised the question House Republicans need to answer.

Representative Joe Wilson shouted two words at Obama – "you lie" – when the former President falsely claimed Obamacare wouldn’t cover illegal aliens.

The political establishment came down on him from both sides.

Wilson apologized the same night but Democrats censured him anyway, 240 to 179 – the first time in the House's 220-year history a member had been sanctioned for heckling a sitting president.

Here's what nobody mentions: Wilson was right.

Obama said his health care plan would not cover illegal aliens.

Now those same Democrats brag about providing health coverage to illegal aliens and call it a moral obligation.

Wilson spoke two words of truth and paid a political price.

Omar spent two hours acting like a heckler at a comedy club – screaming, gesturing, mouthing obscenities at the president on national television – and her own caucus defended her the next morning.

Democrat Rep. Pete Aguilar told NBC that Omar is simply "in touch with the pulse of her community."

Will Omar face anything close to what Wilson faced?

Kelly wants to know and so does half the country.

Democrats' 2026 Midterm Message vs. What Voters Watched at the State of the Union

A CNN poll – not Fox News, CNN – found 64 percent of viewers responded positively to Trump's address.

The official Democratic response came from Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger, who told America the party is focused on lowering costs and helping working families.

That was the message.

What voters watched on the same night was two members of that party screaming at the president, refusing to stand for American citizens, wearing Hamas earrings on the House floor, and walking out before Trump honored soldiers with the nation's highest military honor.

Democrats want voters to believe they're fighting to lower their grocery bill.

What those same voters watched was a party that can't hold itself together for two hours in a chair.

The boorish behavior of Democrats at Trump’s State of the Union address provided a stark contrast to voters about who’s really fighting for America.
