Democrats thought they buried the 2020 election controversies for good.
But the FBI's raid on Fulton County just blew that plan apart.
And a watchdog exposed one disturbing fact about Fulton County elections that left Democrats scrambling.
FBI seizes 700 boxes in dramatic raid on Fulton County
FBI agents executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center in Union City, Georgia in late January.
Federal agents loaded approximately 700 boxes of ballots and election records onto trucks while stunned county officials watched.
The search warrant authorized seizure of all physical ballots from the 2020 election — including in-person, absentee, and provisional ballots — along with tabulator tapes from every voting machine, ballot images, and complete voter rolls.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard personally showed up at the scene and was spotted on the phone while standing near vehicles loaded with boxes of election materials.
Fulton County Commission Chair Robb Pitts admitted he had no idea where the ballots were being taken.
"I can no longer, as chair of this board, satisfy not only the citizens of Atlanta but the citizens of the world that those ballots are still secure," Pitts said.
Georgia watchdog reveals massive ballot discrepancy
Georgia election watchdog Garland Favorito runs VoterGA.org and has been investigating Fulton County's 2020 election procedures for years.
What he revealed to reporters should send shockwaves through every state capitol.
"Fulton certified [mostly Biden] votes for which they have no ballots," Favorito told Real Clear Investigations senior reporter Paul Sperry.
"There are 17,852 certified votes for which they have no digital ballot images and likely no ballots," Favorito explained.
Joe Biden “won” Georgia in 2020 by just 11,779 votes.
The missing ballot count exceeds Biden's entire margin of victory by more than 6,000 votes.
VoterGA's research team discovered these missing ballot images back in March 2022 after analyzing Fulton County's electronic records.
On February 10, 2026, a federal judge ordered the unsealing of the FBI's search warrant affidavit.
The newly released documents confirmed what Favorito had been saying for years — the affidavit cited a Georgia resident who discovered 17,852 missing ballot images.
The investigation originated from a referral by Kurt Olsen, the presidentially appointed Director of Election Security and Integrity.
Fulton County's sloppy procedures opened the door to fraud
The unsealed affidavit revealed disturbing patterns in Fulton County's election management.
Fulton County admitted it doesn't have scanned images of all 528,777 ballots from the original count or the 527,925 ballots from the recount.
A State Election Board member found missing secure hash algorithm files that are supposed to guarantee ballot images haven't been modified.
The Seven Hills Strategies report commissioned by the State Election Board found Fulton County's processes were "extremely sloppy and replete with chain of custody issues."
Ballots were left unattended, unsealed bags were used for storage, auditors failed to record seal numbers, security seals on ballot boxes were broken, and ballots of different types got mixed together.
Fulton County also admitted to verifying 315,000 early votes in 2020 without required poll worker signatures.
But 148 tabulator tapes were either missing or unsigned.
The State Election Board voted 3-0 to refer the case to the State Attorney General's Office where Fulton County faces fines of up to $5,000 for each missing or unsigned tape — potentially $740,000 total.
Favorito's organization fought for five years to get independent access to examine these ballots, but Fulton County officials blocked him at every turn.
When Favorito filed Open Records Requests, county officials repeatedly replied: "No responsive records exist" — yet simultaneously claimed they preserved the ballots properly.
The FBI raid proved them wrong when those 700 boxes of materials turned out to exist after all.
Democrats spent years insisting anyone questioning 2020 election integrity was spreading "conspiracy theories" while the media attacked election fraud investigators and Big Tech censored anyone who questioned official results.
Now the FBI's own investigation is proving the skeptics were right all along.
Fulton County certified thousands of votes they can't produce actual ballots for.
If Favorito's findings hold up, Biden didn't legitimately win Georgia.
And if Georgia's results were compromised by missing ballots and broken chain of custody procedures, how many other battleground states had the same problems?
