RINO Liz Cheney spearheaded the January 6 witch hunt.

The truth about her sham committee is being exposed.

And Liz Cheney got some bad news about January 6 that left her reeling.

Trump DOJ Moves to Erase Steve Bannon's Criminal Record

The Trump Justice Department made a decision that sent shockwaves in the Swamp.

DOJ prosecutors asked both the Supreme Court and a federal judge to dismiss Steve Bannon's criminal contempt conviction and wipe it from his record.

Bannon already served four months in prison for refusing to testify before Cheney's January 6 committee.

Solicitor General John Sauer told the Supreme Court the government determined "in its prosecutorial discretion that dismissal of this criminal case is in the interests of justice."

The move is rare but sends an unmistakable message.

Trump's administration is systematically dismantling the lawfare machine Democrats used to target his allies.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche made that crystal clear when he called the January 6 committee's subpoena "improper" and said Bannon's conviction should be vacated.

"Under the leadership of Attorney General Bondi, this Department will continue to undo the prior administration's weaponization of the justice system," Blanche stated.

Bannon's prosecution became the poster child for weaponized government.

He refused to participate in what he correctly identified as political theater designed to destroy Donald Trump.

His refusal to testify made him one of the committee's most high-profile targets.

Barry Loudermilk Connects the Dots to Arctic Frost

While the DOJ moves to undo Bannon's conviction, Representative Barry Loudermilk is uncovering something even more disturbing.

Loudermilk believes members of the January 6 committee may have been involved with Arctic Frost, the witch hunt against President Trump and his supposed efforts to "overturn" the 2020 election results.

"We're starting to uncover some things," Loudermilk said.

"There may be some evidence out there that this extended all the way into Congress."

"That there was investigation and political weaponization against members of Congress, that may even have ties with the Select Committee on January 6th."

Loudermilk thinks Arctic Frost "expanded much further than just within the Executive Branch and with Donald Trump."

If Loudermilk is right, the January 6 committee was part of a coordinated federal surveillance operation targeting Trump, his allies, and potentially even members of Congress who supported him..

Liz Cheney Faces Criminal Referral for Witness Tampering

Loudermilk already recommended Liz Cheney face FBI investigation for potential criminal witness tampering based on her communications with star witness Cassidy Hutchinson.

Republicans discovered Cheney "colluded" with Hutchinson without Hutchinson's attorney's knowledge.

Text messages obtained by Loudermilk's subcommittee showed Cheney used former Trump White House aide Alyssa Farah Griffin as a back channel to communicate with Hutchinson and avoid ethical scrutiny.

"It is unusual—and potentially unethical—for a Member of Congress conducting an investigation to contact a witness if the Member knows that the individual is represented by legal counsel," Loudermilk's report stated.

Cheney knew exactly what she was doing.

The report revealed Cheney encouraged Hutchinson to fire her original attorney, Stefan Passantino, and hire "Select Committee-friendly attorneys" instead.

Less than two weeks after firing her original attorney and hiring Cheney's suggested lawyers, Hutchinson sat for her fourth transcribed interview under "unusual circumstances."

Her testimony changed dramatically.

Suddenly she claimed Trump attacked his Secret Service detail and lunged for the steering wheel of his vehicle on January 6.

Secret Service officials later refuted those claims, but the committee promoted them anyway.

The goal was destroying Trump, not finding truth.

The January 6 Committee Was a Complete Sham

The January 6 committee wasn't investigating an attack on the Capitol.

It was a coordinated operation designed to destroy Donald Trump and anyone associated with him.

Cheney tampered with witnesses to manufacture testimony, while the committee withheld and destroyed evidence that contradicted their predetermined narrative.

Federal law enforcement running surveillance operations like Arctic Frost may have been part of the coordination.

Congressional subpoenas became weapons to prosecute Trump allies like Steve Bannon.

Trump's DOJ moving to dismiss Bannon's conviction and Loudermilk's investigation exposing the committee's corruption are just the beginning.

Cheney led that committee because she hated Trump more than she cared about truth or constitutional principles.

Now the truth is catching up with her.

The same Justice Department she weaponized against Trump's allies might soon be investigating whether she belongs in prison for witness tampering.
