Jeffrey Epstein Had One CIA Connection Exposed That Left Everyone Asking This Question

The Jeffrey Epstein scandal refuses to die.

New documents keep surfacing that blow up what Americans thought they knew.

And Jeffrey Epstein had one CIA connection exposed that left everyone asking this question.

The FOIA Request Nobody Can Explain

Former State Department official Mike Benz sat down with Joe Rogan and revealed something that should have every member of Congress demanding answers.

Jeffrey Epstein filed Freedom of Information Act requests with the CIA in 1999 and again in 2011 after his conviction for sex crimes.

The CIA's 2011 response is what has Benz calling for immediate Congressional action.

"We have received your request for your client Jeffrey Epstein's records search under the Freedom of Information Act," Benz paraphrased from the CIA's letter.

The agency claimed it found no records of "open and acknowledged agency affiliations" between Epstein and the CIA.

But the next paragraph revealed the smoking gun.

"With respect to your request that touches on classified documents, we can neither confirm nor deny the existence or non-existence of any such documents," the CIA wrote.

That's intelligence agency speak for "we're hiding something."

Why A Sex Offender Would FOIA The CIA

Epstein's behavior makes perfect sense if you understand how intelligence assets operate.

This wasn't some curious citizen asking if the CIA had files on him.

Epstein specifically requested documentation of his "affiliation" with the agency going back decades.

Why? Intelligence sources maintain leverage by documenting their relationships with agencies. When things go sideways, they need proof they were working for Uncle Sam to negotiate immunity or reduced charges.

Former Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe claims Epstein ran a Mossad honeytrap operation to blackmail global elites.

FBI reports describe Epstein as a confidential human source with ties to both U.S. and allied intelligence services.

Then-U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta later admitted being told Epstein "belonged to intelligence" when he cut that notorious sweetheart plea deal in 2008.

The pattern is unmistakable: Epstein wasn't just connected to intelligence agencies, he worked for them.

Congress Has The Roadmap To Force Disclosure

Benz laid out exactly how Congress can force the CIA to come clean about Epstein.

"All we need is one brave member of Congress to get the ball rolling," Benz told Rogan.

The solution already exists in the 1992 JFK Records Collection Act.

That law forced the CIA to establish an independent board to review all classified records relating to Kennedy's assassination.

Over 5 million pages were eventually declassified despite CIA resistance after Congress passed the legislation by overwhelming bipartisan margins.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act already forced the Justice Department to release 3 million pages of unclassified documents.

Benz argues Congress should copy and paste the JFK Records Act but substitute "Jeffrey Epstein" for "JFK."

"Who's going to want to be on the other side of that in Congress?" Benz asked.

The CIA would be forced to disclose decades of classified records about their relationship with a convicted sex trafficker.

The Intelligence Connection Goes Back To The 1980s

Epstein's intelligence ties didn't start with his 2008 conviction.

His father-in-law figure Les Wexner gave Epstein control over his vast fortune in the late 1980s.

Some of Epstein's earliest work involved repurposing planes used by the CIA during Iran-Contra to ship clothing for Wexner's fashion empire.

Epstein met British arms dealer Douglas Leese in 1981, who introduced him to Mossad agent Robert Maxwell and Saudi arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi.

Maxwell, father of Ghislaine Maxwell, had his funeral attended by multiple Israeli prime ministers with Shimon Peres giving the eulogy.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak visited Epstein's Manhattan townhouse more than 30 times between 2013 and 2017.

Barak and Epstein co-founded a tech company staffed by ex-Israeli intelligence operatives.

These aren't random social connections, they're the calling cards of an intelligence operation spanning decades.

The newly released Epstein documents include communications with figures like Steve Bannon, Elon Musk, and multiple European officials.

But the CIA's classified files remain locked away.

Those files could finally answer what exactly Epstein's ties to the intelligence community were.
