Not one cardiac event, not one stroke, not one elderly person passing away naturally.
Basic actuarial tables show any population of 100,000 people experiences hundreds of natural deaths annually.
Yet emergency dispatchers report virtually no DOA calls from these communities.
Where are their dead?
Every Unreported Death Means Benefits Keep Flowing
The bodies are disappearing somewhere between death and any official record.
Housing vouchers don't get canceled, EBT cards stay active, Medicaid coverage continues, Social Security checks keep arriving.
The family collects benefits for a dead person buried in an unmarked grave within 24 hours.
No American funeral home, no embalming, no death certificate filed with the state.
Just a quick Islamic burial and continued fraud.
Grandma's been dead for three years but her EBT card still works and her housing voucher pays the rent.
The Billion-Dollar Fraud Pattern
Federal prosecutors just exposed over $1 billion in fraud by Somali immigrants in Minnesota's welfare system.
The Feeding Our Future scandal saw 78 people indicted for stealing $350 million supposedly feeding children who didn't exist.
Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Services program exploded from $2.6 million annually to $104 million before the state shut it down in 2025.
FBI investigators called it "extremely vulnerable to fraud" with "low barriers to entry and minimal records requirements."
Ohio journalists caught Somali-owned restaurants funneling EBT benefits through attached grocery stores to supply their kitchens with taxpayer-funded ingredients.
The pattern is unmistakable: if a program runs on good-faith reporting, Somalis will game it.
Islamic Burial Practices Provide Perfect Criminal Cover
Somalis run their own "funeral homes" that operate nothing like American establishments.
Islamic tradition requires immediate burial with none of the formalities Americans expect.
Dead before breakfast, buried by dinner, with barely any documentation.
An American funeral home generates a paper trail a mile long: death certificates, burial permits, transportation records, cemetery plot documentation.
Somali funeral operations?
A body disappears in less than a day with almost no official record.
Nobody's buying that fraudsters caught gaming every other benefits system suddenly run corruption-free funeral operations.
Benefits continue because Social Security, HUD, and state welfare offices never get notified the recipient died.
The Fraud Started The Day They Arrived
Former ICE legal advisor Charles Fillinger wrote a 30-page brief in 2018 exposing what he called "the greatest refugee fraud crisis in modern times."
Even Somali immigrant Ayaan Hirsi Ali admits the fraud stems from Somali culture itself.
"I grew up in a Somali clan-based society where loyalty to kin was absolute," Ali explained.
She called it "amoral familism" where the worldview revolves around "extracting maximum benefit for one's own family."
Minnesota imported more than 100,000 Somali refugees.
Nearly 90% of their households with children now collect welfare benefits, and over 80% overall get some form of government assistance. Native-born American households? Just 21% receive benefits.
Minnesota officials were paralyzed by fear of being called racist and opened the welfare floodgates.
The result? The largest state welfare scandal in American history.
Zero DOA calls in communities with 100,000 Somalis isn't a statistical miracle.
It's evidence of systematic fraud that makes the daycare schemes look like practice runs.
