One bribe to take down Trump leads straight back to Jack Smith

Jack Smith conducted a years-long witch hunt against President Donald Trump and his allies.

The disgraced former Special Counsel corrupt behavior is being exposed.

And one bribe to take down Trump leads straight back to Jack Smith.

FBI Director exposes Smith's secret $20,000 payoff to informant

FBI Director Kash Patel dropped a bombshell when he released documents to Congress showing exactly how Jack Smith operated during the Arctic Frost investigation.

Smith's office approved paying $20,000 in 2023 to a confidential informant for dirt on Trump and his team.

An FBI memo showed the entire chain of approval.

"As discussed, request your office's concurrence in our proposed payment of $20,000 for CHS' provision of information in support of the investigation," an FBI agent wrote to Smith's Counselor Raymond Hulser on June 2, 2023.

Hulser's response was brief and damning.

"Concur, thank you."

The memo noted that Smith himself discussed the payment with Hulser and Assistant Special Counsel Julia Gegenheimer before signing off.

Patel called it proof that Arctic Frost was an "egregious abuse of power and violation of the law."

"Under my leadership, the FBI is producing documents at record speed to get the facts straight to the American people," Patel said.

Trump exploded when the news broke.

"Deranged Jack Smith should be sitting in prison for all that he has done to disgrace our Country!" Trump posted on Truth Social.

Smith's fishing expedition swept up 430 Republican targets

The newly released documents revealed Arctic Frost wasn't a focused investigation.

It was a dragnet designed to destroy the entire Republican political operation.

Smith issued 197 subpoenas to 34 individuals and 163 businesses requesting records on at least 430 Republican individuals and entities.

The FBI obtained email records from nearly 150 people in Trump's orbit and analyzed phone data from Trump's personal lawyers, including Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, and Cleta Mitchell.

They went after Trump advisers like Steve Bannon and former campaign manager Bill Stepien.

The late Bernie Kerik, who led a team investigating 2020 election irregularities, had his phone records swept up in Smith's net.

One memo showed the FBI analyzed phone calls from more than 50 White House-issued cell phones, including Trump's and Vice President Mike Pence's personal devices.

Arctic Frost also obtained phone records from eight Republican Senators and one Congressman without their knowledge.

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) have vowed to sue the DOJ for piercing their congressional privilege.

Smith secured an order from U.S. District Judge Boasberg that gave him sweeping access to phone records from sitting members of Congress and hundreds of conservative figures and organizations.

The FBI even relied on reports from liberal media outlets like CNN and MSNBC to build their case.

Smith wasn't following evidence.

He was manufacturing a case by any means necessary.

Trump's lawyers demand accountability for constitutional violations

Jenna Ellis called the operation a direct assault on the Fourth Amendment.

"When the government targets private citizens just for representing Donald Trump, they're blatantly ignoring the Fourth Amendment," Ellis said.

"Jack Smith's Arctic Frost operation crossed a constitutional red line, and everyone involved should be held accountable."

Cleta Mitchell said learning about the paid informant was shocking but not surprising given the Biden administration's track record.

"The Biden Regime from Biden on down via Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray and Jack Smith demonstrated over and over their disdain for the Constitution and the protections it affords to citizens," Mitchell said.

She called for Attorney General Pam Bondi to launch an immediate investigation.

"To think that these evil Biden cronies were intent upon spying on me, my colleagues and associates because of my concerns about the 2020 election – having no predicate whatsoever of criminal acts on my part – is grounds for investigating each of them," Mitchell added.

Now Patel's document release proves those suspicions were correct.

Smith spent $20,000 of taxpayer money to pay someone to betray Trump's team.

This is exactly why Trump won a mandate to clean out Washington

Since Charlie Kirk's assassination on September 10th, Trump has taken an aggressive stance on rooting out corruption and weaponization in federal law enforcement.

Arctic Frost targeted over 90 Republican-linked individuals and groups, including Kirk's Turning Point USA.

The documents Patel released show Smith and anti-Trump FBI agents treated the entire conservative movement as a criminal enterprise.

Smith tried to bury Trump under federal charges twice – once for alleged 2020 election interference and once for classified documents.

Both cases collapsed after Trump won the 2024 election in a landslide.

Smith testified before the House Judiciary Committee in December claiming he had "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" to indict Trump.

But voters already delivered their verdict when they returned Trump to the White House with a mandate to end the weaponization of government against conservatives.

The $20,000 bribe to an informant is exactly the kind of abuse Trump promised to expose and punish.

Smith operated like the head of a secret police force in a banana republic, not a prosecutor in a constitutional republic.

He paid informants, spied on lawyers, violated congressional privilege, and turned the FBI into his personal political hit squad.

All to take down Trump and anyone who supported him.

Trump's call for Smith to face prison time isn't revenge.

It's justice and accountability rolled into one.

The President is doing exactly what 76 million Americans elected him to do – restore the rule of law and ensure no one is above it.

Not even corrupt prosecutors who abuse their power to target political opponents.

Smith spent years trying to destroy Trump's political career using the full power of the federal government.

Now Trump is using his mandate to make sure Smith and everyone who enabled this witch hunt face consequences.

The President calls it justice, not weaponization.

And he's right.
