An email revealed one secret about Hillary Clinton that James Comey wanted to bury

James Comey built his reputation as an independent lawman.

But one email just destroyed that carefully crafted lie.

And an email revealed one secret about Hillary Clinton that James Comey wanted to bury.

Comey's own words prove he was in the tank for Hillary

Federal prosecutors just exposed what James Comey was really doing in the final days before the 2016 election.

And it's even worse than anyone imagined.

New court filings from acting U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan revealed Comey's personal emails showing he openly discussed working for President-elect Hillary Clinton and coordinated with his FBI aide to anonymously leak information to the media.¹

"Some day they will figure it out. And as [Individual 1 and Individual 2] point out, my decision will be one a president-elect Clinton will be very grateful for (although that wasn't why I did it)," Comey wrote to his media mole Dan Richman in late October 2016.²

Read that again.

The FBI Director running the investigation into Hillary Clinton was already planning his job in her administration.

The FBI Director was taking orders from Clinton's future White House

These emails obliterate everything Comey claimed about his independence.

He wasn't some Boy Scout trying to do the right thing.

Comey was a political operative with an FBI badge.

"Well done my friend. Who knew this would. E so uh fun," Comey wrote to Richman in early November 2016 after Richman briefed him on efforts to plant stories with The New York Times about Clinton's email scandal.³

The word "fun" tells you everything.

Comey and his cronies were playing games with a presidential election while pretending to investigate crimes.

The emails were revealed in a bombshell filing where Halligan rejected Comey's argument that Trump is maliciously prosecuting him for lying to Congress.⁴

Malicious prosecution?

Comey's own emails are the smoking gun.

Comey knew Hillary created the Russia hoax and said nothing

Prosecutors dropped another bombshell buried in the court filing.

Comey lied to Congress about whether he knew Hillary Clinton approved a plan to smear Trump with fake Russia allegations.⁵

When Senators Graham and Hawley asked Comey in 2020 if he remembered being told about Clinton's plan to tie Trump to Russia, Comey claimed "it doesn't ring any bells with me" and "I don't know what that refers to."⁶

That was a lie.

Prosecutors found Comey's handwritten notes — hidden in a secret room at the FBI — dated September 26, 2016.⁷

The notes read: "HRC plan to tie Trump."⁸

Comey knew from the very beginning that Hillary Clinton invented the Russia collusion hoax to distract from her email crimes.

He knew it was a political hit job.

And he said nothing.

Worse, he let the FBI investigate Trump for years based on a lie he knew came from the Clinton campaign.

Comey's media mole was on the FBI payroll

Dan Richman wasn't just Comey's friend.

He was a special government employee at the FBI with security clearance and badge access to the building.⁹

Richman later admitted to FBI agents that he routinely communicated on Comey's behalf with New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt.¹⁰

Schmidt's work was part of the Times' 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Russia stories that we now know were based on Clinton's hoax.¹¹

The goal, Richman told investigators, was "to correct stories critical of Comey, the FBI and to shape future press coverage" outside official channels.¹²

That's not whistleblowing.

That's corruption.

Comey was using government employees and resources to manipulate media coverage during a presidential election.

The media manipulation ran right up to Election Day

The emails show Comey's operation continued into the final days before voters went to the polls.

On November 1, 2016, Comey complained to Richman that The New York Times didn't understand why he reopened the Clinton investigation in October.¹³

"When I read the times [New York Times] coverage involving [Reporter 1], I am left with the sense that they don't understand the significance of my having spoke about the case in July," Comey wrote. "Perhaps you can make him smarter."¹⁴

Translation: Go fix the story.

Richman responded the next day: "Just got the point home to [Reporter 1]. Probably was rougher than u would have been."¹⁵

Comey replied "pretty good" and sent a link to the corrected New York Times article.¹⁶

Richman's response: "See I can teach."¹⁷

The FBI Director and his government employee were literally coaching New York Times reporters on how to cover the presidential election.

And Democrats want you to believe Trump weaponized the Justice Department?

Trump's prosecutor isn't backing down

Comey is charged with making false statements and obstructing Congress for testimony in 2020 where he denied authorizing anonymous leaks about the Clinton investigation.¹⁸

His own emails prove he lied.

Lindsey Halligan — Trump's acting U.S. Attorney who presented the case alone to a grand jury — faced a mutiny from career prosecutors who claimed the evidence was too weak.¹⁹

These are the same career prosecutors who spent years protecting Comey.

Halligan had never prosecuted a case before Trump appointed her.²⁰

She was one of Trump's personal lawyers in the classified documents case.

Career prosecutors sent Halligan a memo saying there wasn't probable cause to indict.²¹

She presented the case anyway.

Fourteen of 23 grand jurors voted to indict Comey on two felony counts.²²

The grand jury rejected only one of three counts prosecutors sought.²³

That's not a weak case.

That's career bureaucrats trying to protect one of their own.

Democrats spent years protecting Comey's corruption

Remember how this played out.

Democrats blamed Comey for costing Hillary the election with his October 2016 letter about new emails.

But Comey's emails show he expected Hillary to win and was already planning to work for her.

His October letter wasn't sabotage.

It was damage control because he knew the emails would eventually come out and he needed to appear impartial before joining the Clinton administration.

Then Trump won.

Comey panicked and launched the Russia investigation based on Hillary's fabricated narrative that he knew was fake from day one.

When Trump fired him in 2017, Comey leaked classified memos through the same Dan Richman to get Robert Mueller appointed.²⁴

It was the same playbook he used in 2016.

The only difference was Comey no longer had an FBI badge to hide behind.

The entire Russia hoax traces back to Comey

Connect the dots.

Comey knew in September 2016 that Hillary created the Trump-Russia hoax.

He said nothing and let the investigation proceed anyway.

After Trump fired him, Comey leaked memos to trigger the Mueller investigation.

Mueller spent two years and $32 million investigating a hoax Comey knew was manufactured by Hillary Clinton.

The media tried to destroyTrump's first term presidency over a lie.

And Comey orchestrated it from the beginning.

Now he's finally facing justice for lying to Congress about authorizing leaks.

But the real crime is so much bigger.

Comey's lawyers are already crying political persecution

Comey's defense team argues Trump is vindictively prosecuting him for exercising his First Amendment rights.²⁵

They claim Halligan's appointment violated federal law.²⁶

They'll argue Trump's public statements demanding Comey be prosecuted prove political motivation.

None of that changes what's in Comey's own emails.

He expected to work for President Clinton while investigating her.

He knew she created the Russia hoax and covered it up.

He coordinated media leaks through government employees.

Then he lied to Congress about all of it.

Those are facts, not politics.

Trump promised to drain the swamp

For years, Americans watched as Comey paraded around as the conscience of Washington.

He wrote a bestselling book called "A Higher Loyalty."

He lectured the country about honesty and integrity on cable news.

He positioned himself as the victim of Trump's authoritarian impulses.

Comey's own emails reveal the truth.

He was a partisan operative who used the FBI to protect Hillary Clinton and destroy Donald Trump.

He manufactured the Russia collusion hoax while knowing it came from the Clinton campaign.

And when he got caught, he lied to Congress.

Trump promised in 2016 to drain the swamp.

The swamp fought back for eight years.

Now the reckoning has finally arrived.

Comey spent his career operating in the shadows, manipulating investigations and planting media stories to serve his political masters.

His own emails just dragged all of it into the light.

And unlike the Russia hoax Comey helped create, this evidence is real.
