Merrick Garland got caught red-handed after one document revealed his darkest secret

The Biden-Harris administration turned federal law enforcement into Democrat Party enforcers.

Republicans are finally exposing the corruption.

And Merrick Garland got caught red-handed after this one document revealed his darkest secret.

Biden's DOJ unleashed secret probe targeting 160+ Trump allies

The House Judiciary Committee dropped nearly 200 pages of bombshell documents revealing the scope of the Biden administration's "Arctic Frost" investigation — and the scale of this witch hunt is staggering.¹

More than 150 individuals connected to President Donald Trump faced FBI scrutiny after Attorney General Merrick Garland personally approved an investigation into the Trump campaign's use of alternative electors in key battleground states.²

"Arctic Frost investigators utilized FBI field offices from across the country to conduct its investigation," the House Judiciary Committee explained.³

The documents show FBI agents requested more than $16,000 in travel expenses to interview over 40 individuals while coordinating a nationwide dragnet.⁴

That list reads like a who's who of Trump's inner circle: Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Peter Navarro, and dozens of others.⁵

Documents obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley show that in April 2022, FBI Director Christopher Wray requested approval to launch Arctic Frost as a "full investigation."⁶

In a memorandum drafted for Garland, Wray claimed "fraudulent certificates of electors' votes were submitted to the Archivist of the United States" for Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin.⁷

Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco scribbled "Merrick, I recommend you approve" at the bottom of the memo on April 5, 2022.⁸

Garland signed off.

They weren't investigating a crime — they were manufacturing one.

FBI tracked phone calls of eight Republican senators

But the weaponization went even deeper than anyone imagined.

Grassley unveiled an explosive FBI document showing the Bureau secretly obtained "tolling data" for the personal cell phones of eight Republican senators and one House Republican.⁹

The FBI collected information about who these lawmakers called, when they made the calls, how long the calls lasted, and the general location data — all during a four-day period from January 4 through January 7, 2021.¹⁰

The targeted senators were Lindsey Graham, Bill Hagerty, Josh Hawley, Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville, Ron Johnson, Cynthia Lummis, Marsha Blackburn, and Representative Mike Kelly.¹¹

The FBI buried these records in "Prohibited Access" files — a restricted system designed to hide documents from most FBI personnel.¹²

Grassley didn't mince words about what this represented. "Based on the evidence to-date, Arctic Frost and related weaponization by federal law enforcement under Biden was arguably worse than Watergate," he stated.¹³

The FBI wasn't conducting a legitimate investigation.

They were spying on sitting members of Congress for the crime of supporting Trump.

They ignored decades of legal precedent to target Trump supporters

Here's what makes Arctic Frost even more outrageous — there's clear historical precedent for using alternative electors in contested elections.

The exact same scenario played out in Hawaii in 1960 when Nixon was initially certified as the winner while Kennedy's legal challenge remained pending.¹⁴

Both Democrat and Republican electors certified themselves as "the duly elected and qualified" electors for Hawaii.¹⁵

The three Democrat electors — including two retired federal judges — attested alongside their Republican counterparts that they were submitting Hawaii's electoral votes.¹⁶

When the Hawaii court ultimately ruled Kennedy won after a recount, those alternative Democrat electors made it possible for Kennedy's victory to count.¹⁷

Judge Ronald Jamieson, who confirmed Kennedy's win, praised the Democrat alternative electors as heroes, describing their meeting as "a critically important step that preserved their ability for their presidential ballots to be counted."¹⁸

Without those alternative electors meeting on the required date, Hawaii's electoral votes might not have counted at all.

Richard Nixon, presiding over the Electoral College count in his role as Vice President, graciously accepted Hawaii's corrected Democratic slate without objection.¹⁹

Given this clear precedent, it's inconceivable that Garland approved investigating Trump supporters for following the exact same process Democrats used in 1960.

Unless the goal wasn't justice — it was destroying Trump.

The scorched-earth message to anyone who dares challenge Democrats

Tuesday's document release exposed the FBI wasn't just targeting Trump or a handful of high-level officials — they went after potentially 160 people throughout Trump's political network.²⁰

The documents revealed internal FBI threat tags used for Arctic Frost including "FRAUD CORRUPT," "CORRUPT," "PCORRUPT," and "PCORRUPT_CAMP."²¹

Among those swept up: Ed Martin, current DOJ weaponization czar, former DOJ official Jeff Rosen, Pennsylvania Representative Scott Perry, and White House officials Dan Scavino and Peter Navarro.²²

Even Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA appeared on the FBI's target list of 92 Republican-linked individuals and groups under Arctic Frost's investigative scope.²³

A dragnet this massive had one purpose: intimidate every Republican within Trump's orbit into silence.

This scorched-earth approach sent a crystal-clear message: don't dare challenge a Democrat win.

FBI agent Timothy Thibault — who authored the initial language that became Jack Smith's federal case against Trump — was later forced to retire from the Bureau after Grassley exposed his public anti-Trump bias on social media.²⁴

Thibault violated FBI guidelines by essentially opening and approving his own investigation without independent oversight.²⁵

That alone should have killed Arctic Frost before it started.

But Garland, Monaco, and Wray all signed off anyway because the target was Donald Trump.

Multiple states pursued nearly identical criminal cases against alternative electors after the federal Arctic Frost probe.

Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, and Michigan all brought charges — though a Michigan judge dismissed the charges after ruling there was no crime.²⁶

We now know from the fight over Fani Willis' conflicts in the Georgia case that both the Fulton County prosecutor and her boyfriend-prosecutor engaged with Biden administration officials before and after obtaining the indictment.²⁷

The question isn't whether the Biden administration weaponized federal law enforcement against Trump and his supporters.

That's proven beyond any doubt.

The real question is how many innocent Americans remain in legal jeopardy because they committed the unforgivable sin of backing Donald Trump.
