Chuck Grassley dropped the hammer on Bill Gates with one investigation that has him panicking

The Gates Foundation has been operating in the shadows for decades.

But one powerful Senator finally exposed what Bill Gates has been hiding.

And Chuck Grassley just dropped the hammer on Bill Gates with one investigation that has him panicking.

Gates Foundation funneled millions to Chinese military while Americans died from COVID

U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley of Iowa launched an investigation into the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for allegedly funneling tens of millions of dollars to entities tied to the Chinese Communist Party.¹

The timing couldn't be worse for Gates.

Grassley's probe revealed the foundation sent $2 million to CRRC, a Chinese rail company the Pentagon identifies as part of China's military apparatus.²

That's the same Chinese military that operates the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where evidence increasingly points to COVID-19's origins.

And Gates was writing checks to fund their operations.

The investigation centers on whether the foundation violated IRS regulations that prohibit 501(c)(3) charities from directly supporting foreign governments.

"According to recent reports, the Gates Foundation, through grants and direct payments, have funded the Chinese Communist Party and its allies," Grassley wrote to Gates Foundation CEO Mark Suzman.³

The foundation's own 2022 tax filings tell the damning story – approximately $23 million in funding to over 20 different Chinese entities, some labeled as "foreign governments."⁴

Gates didn't fund humanitarian projects.

He bankrolled China's military-industrial complex while Americans died from a virus that likely escaped from a lab his foundation helped support.

Follow the money from Seattle to Shanghai

The numbers reveal a pattern of systematic funding to China's most dangerous institutions.

Grassley cited media reports showing the Gates Foundation directed approximately $11.7 million to various arms of China's government in 2023, plus $6.7 million to state-run universities that support Xi Jinping's regime.⁵

Those universities aren't teaching liberal arts.

Tsinghua, Peking, Sun Yat-Sen, and Shanghai Jiao Tong universities all research military technology for the People's Liberation Army, according to the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.⁶

The Chinese Academy of Sciences received Gates Foundation funding despite operating the Wuhan Institute of Virology.⁷

The National Health Commission got $2.6 million from Gates in 2023 after American lawmakers accused it of helping China cover up the COVID-19 outbreak.⁸

Gates even sent $300,000 to the Center for International Knowledge on Development, which collaborates on China's Belt and Road Initiative – Beijing's debt-trap scheme to control developing nations.⁹

These weren't mistakes or oversights.

The Gates Foundation has maintained a China office since 2007, describing China as "an important strategic partner" on its own website.¹⁰

Gates himself met with Xi Jinping multiple times, with Chinese state media calling him an "old friend."¹¹

While American families buried loved ones who died from COVID, Gates was strengthening his partnership with the regime responsible.

Grassley gives Gates until November 10 to explain himself

The Iowa Senator isn't asking polite questions.

He's demanding answers by November 10, including detailed documentation about every questionable grant.¹²

IRS regulations couldn't be clearer – 501(c)(3) organizations lose their tax-exempt status if they directly support foreign governments.

The Gates Foundation would need IRS determination letters proving these grants served charitable purposes.

Grassley wants to see those letters.

And if they don't exist, the foundation faces consequences ranging from massive fines to losing its tax-exempt status entirely.

That would cost Gates billions in tax benefits his foundation has enjoyed for decades while bankrolling America's greatest adversary.

Grassley didn't stop with Gates.

He sent identical letters to the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and Ford Foundation, launching a comprehensive investigation into how major left-wing nonprofits funnel money to the Chinese Communist Party.¹³

The Rockefeller Brothers Fund donated $7.4 million to CCP-linked organizations between April 2020 and August 2024.¹⁴

The Ford Foundation paid out nearly $10 million to Chinese government entities, with grants specifically designed to help China's Belt and Road strategy.¹⁵

These foundations operate with billions in assets while using their tax-exempt status to advance Beijing's agenda.

Civil terrorism expert Jason Curtis Anderson warned the Senate action is just the beginning.¹⁶

"The Executive Branch needs to escalate into the enforcement stage — scrutinizing grants, auditing tax-exempt status, applying relevant sanctions," Anderson stated.¹⁷

President Trump's administration already declared war on dark-money networks undermining American interests.

Sources indicate Grassley's office is also investigating CCP-linked billionaire Neville Roy Singham, who funneled over $100 million to radical organizations that orchestrated violent anti-Trump protests.¹⁸

House Oversight Chairman James Comer already called on Treasury to freeze Singham's assets for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act.¹⁹

The pattern is undeniable.

Elite foundations use tax-exempt status to bankroll the Chinese Communist Party while pretending to serve charitable purposes.

Grassley spent decades investigating nonprofit corruption, but this probe could finally deliver real accountability.

If the investigation proves systematic tax law violations, the Gates Foundation faces an existential threat.

Without tax-exempt status, the foundation loses everything – billions in tax benefits, donor deductions, and the legitimacy that comes with IRS approval.

Gates built his empire on the backs of American taxpayers subsidizing his foundation's operations.

Now Grassley is making him answer for using those tax benefits to fund Chinese military operations while Americans died from a virus his foundation's partners likely created.

That's the accountability elites like Gates thought they'd never face.
