The Trump administration just landed another major blow against the radical Left.

Tech giants are finally being forced to make a choice.

And Pam Bondi took one major action against Facebook that left anti-ICE activists in a rage.

Facebook removes anti-ICE coordination page after DOJ intervention

A Facebook group with more than 84,000 members that tracked ICE agents disappeared from the platform after Laura Loomer tipped off federal authorities.¹

The group coordinated real-time updates about Immigration and Customs Enforcement operations across the Chicago region during Operation Midway Blitz.²

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed the Justice Department pressured Meta to shut down the page.³

Members of "ICE Sighting- Chicagoland" posted locations where federal immigration officers were conducting enforcement actions.⁴

This marks the DOJ’s second successful takedown of ICE tracking tools in recent weeks, following Apple’s removal of the ICE Block app.⁵

The Department of Justice made clear it will continue engaging tech companies to eliminate platforms where radicals can incite violence against federal law enforcement.⁶

A Meta spokesperson confirmed the group was removed "for violating our policies against coordinated harm."⁷

Meta’s policy prohibits users from "outing the undercover status of law enforcement, military, or security personnel if the content contains the agent’s name, their face or badge," as well as their law enforcement organization or operation.⁸

Trump administration launches systematic campaign to protect ICE officers

Around 200 ICE officers are currently operating in the Chicago area as part of Operation Midway Blitz, supported by National Guard troops.⁹

DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin warned last month that posting videos and photos of ICE personnel online amounts to doxxing federal agents.¹⁰

"We will prosecute those who illegally harass ICE agents to the fullest extent of the law," she stated.¹¹

Loomer disclosed that her Justice Department contact acted on her tip by reaching out to Facebook about eliminating the tracking pages.¹²

Federal officials view these coordination platforms as direct threats to officer safety since they expose agents’ locations and identities while performing their duties.¹³

The real-time location sharing lets people either flee areas where ICE operates or arrive at scenes to film officers and obstruct federal operations.¹⁴

DHS officials have documented a shocking 1000% increase in assaults against ICE officers since Trump launched his immigration enforcement operations.¹⁵

The Dallas ICE facility shooting in September that killed two detainees came after the gunman searched ICE tracking apps on his phone.¹⁶

At the Broadview, Illinois ICE processing center near Chicago, violent protesters have thrown rocks, fireworks, and tear gas at federal officers while attempting to block vehicles.¹⁷

At least 16 protesters were arrested and charged with assaulting federal officers at that location.¹⁸

Chicago Democrats continue resisting federal immigration enforcement

Chicago’s political leadership has mounted fierce opposition to Trump’s immigration enforcement surge.

Governor JB Pritzker claimed last Sunday that ICE agents operate outside the law.¹⁹

"The tables will turn one day," Pritzker warned.²⁰

"These people should recognize that maybe they’re not gonna get prosecuted today, although we’re looking at doing that, but they may get prosecuted after the Trump administration because the statute of limitations would not have run out," he continued.²¹

Pritzker’s open defiance and threats against federal law enforcement come while his sanctuary policies created the magnet that drew criminal illegal aliens to Illinois in the first place.

Operation Midway Blitz has already resulted in more than 1,000 arrests of criminal illegal aliens, including Tren de Aragua gang members and individuals with prior convictions for murder, sexual assault of children, armed robbery, and drug trafficking.²²

The operation was named in honor of Katie Abraham, who was killed by a drunk-driving illegal alien in Illinois.²³

But Democrat politicians like Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson have compared ICE to "secret police" and claimed the United States is becoming "Nazi Germany" because of immigration enforcement.²⁴

The Trump administration’s aggressive moves against ICE tracking tools reveal a coordinated legal strategy that’s just getting started.

Two weeks ago, the DOJ pressured Apple into removing ICE Block and similar apps from its store. Now Facebook’s massive coordination page disappeared overnight. This isn’t reactive – it’s systematic.

Bondi and her team figured out they don’t need new laws to shut down these platforms. Tech companies already have terms of service prohibiting coordinated harm and doxxing of law enforcement. The DOJ just needs to point out violations and make crystal clear the government expects compliance.

The timing matters more than most people realize. Charlie Kirk’s assassination on September 10 fundamentally shifted how the Trump administration views online platforms enabling violence against federal personnel. The tolerance level for coordination tools that put officers at risk dropped to zero.

Pritzker’s sanctuary policies created a magnet that drew hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to Illinois – and then 84,000 people joined a Facebook group to help them evade federal law enforcement. Now he’s threatening to prosecute ICE agents "when the tables turn" while the infrastructure his policies enabled gets dismantled in real time.

The governor doesn’t seem to grasp his strategic problem. Every tech platform that removes ICE tracking tools weakens his ability to interfere with federal operations. His threats about future prosecution ring hollow when he can’t even keep a Facebook page online.

Google, Twitter, and TikTok should be watching closely. The DOJ just established a clear pattern with Apple and Facebook. Any platform hosting ICE tracking coordination can expect the same treatment – a phone call from Bondi’s office pointing to their own policies, followed by removal.

Laura Loomer proved conservative activists can work directly with the Trump administration to identify and eliminate tools the Left uses to target federal officers. That’s a force multiplier the radical activists didn’t see coming.

The systematic takedown of ICE tracking infrastructure across every major platform sends an unmistakable message – the Trump administration is done tolerating coordination tools that put officers’ lives at risk, and no tech company is off limits.
