Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s own experience as a surveillance target helped blow the lid off Biden’s political targeting operation.
Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Rand Paul (R-KY) launched his investigation after learning that Gabbard – a combat veteran and former Democratic congresswoman – was being surveilled simply for criticizing the Biden regime.
Paul’s investigation revealed that Representative Abe Hamadeh (R-AZ), a former U.S. Army Reserve intelligence officer with top secret clearance, was one of three Republican Congressmen secretly surveilled under Biden’s so-called "Quiet Skies" program.
The timing wasn’t coincidental – Hamadeh got put on the watch list in December 2022, right when he was challenging the establishment and fighting for America First principles.
"It sadly doesn’t surprise me," Hamadeh told Fox News Digital. "At the time, if you remember, banks were shutting down accounts if they promoted conservative viewpoints, if they were selling ammo or guns and the banks were being pressured by the Biden administration."
The program got terminated in June 2025 due to documented overreach concerns.
But the damage was already done – and the evidence reveals a systematic campaign to silence political opposition through government surveillance.

After January 6, 2021, the Transportation Security Administration issued orders to monitor anyone suspected of traveling to Washington, D.C. – without requiring any evidence of criminal activity.
The most shocking case involved the wife of a Federal Air Marshal who got labeled a "domestic terrorist" and monitored for two years.
Federal Air Marshals tracked her on domestic flights and filed reports about her movements minute-by-minute – even though no evidence ever connected her to any unlawful activity on January 6th.
The FBI only cleared her name after closing its case due to "mistaken identity."

Look, what Gabbard’s experience exposed goes way beyond just surveillance – it’s a blueprint for how Democrats plan to destroy anyone who stands in their way.
Banks started freezing out conservatives right around the same time federal agents were compiling their little lists.
That timing tells you everything you need to know about how this operation really worked.
Hamadeh connected the dots perfectly when he pointed out how banks were shutting down conservative accounts while social media companies censored political speech.
The surveillance program was just one piece of a much larger operation designed to intimidate and silence political opposition.
You had Federal Air Marshals tracking around the wife of one of their own colleagues for two years based on nothing more than suspected political beliefs.
That’s not law enforcement – that’s political persecution worthy of East Germany’s Stasi.
The fact that Tulsi Gabbard got targeted the day after criticizing Biden shows this wasn’t about national security.
It was about punishing anyone who dared challenge the regime’s narrative or policies.
For conservatives who’ve been warning about the deep state for years, this vindication comes at a steep price.
The Biden administration turned the full power of the federal surveillance apparatus against American citizens for the crime of having different political opinions.
