Biden’s TSA launched secret operation targeting Americans
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem just dropped a bombshell that confirms conservatives’ worst fears about the Biden regime.
An internal investigation by the Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security revealed that Biden’s TSA launched a secret operation called "Operation Freedom to Breathe" in September 2021.
The target? Americans who refused to comply with Biden’s mask mandates or were connected to January 6th.
Biden’s TSA placed 19 Americans on intensive watchlists for the crime of resisting mask tyranny – and more than half were put on the no-fly list typically reserved for suspected terrorists.
These weren’t dangerous criminals or actual security threats.
They were everyday Americans who dared to question government overreach.
"Biden’s TSA Administrator [David] Pekoske and his cronies abused their authority and weaponized the federal government against the very people they were charged with protecting," Noem told Fox News Digital.¹
The scope of targeting was unprecedented
The weaponization didn’t stop with mask resisters.
Biden’s TSA also placed roughly 280 individuals allegedly connected to January 6th on various watchlists, including five on the no-fly list.
Here’s the most outrageous part – they ignored their own internal experts who warned this was wrong.
TSA’s Chief Privacy Officer and career intelligence officials raised red flags, saying the targeting "is clearly unrelated to transportation security" and that "TSA is punishing people for the expression of their ideas when they haven’t been charged, let alone convicted of incitement or sedition."²
But Biden’s political appointees bulldozed ahead anyway.
One TSA intelligence employee worried they were adding people to watchlists who were essentially "curfew breakers" with no real security threat.³
The regime didn’t care – they wanted to punish political opponents.
Innocent Americans caught in Biden’s dragnet
The investigation exposed just how sloppy and politically motivated this targeting really was.
Biden’s TSA relied on academic databases and social media posts rather than actual law enforcement intelligence from the FBI or local police.
One victim was a National Guardsman who was deployed to the Capitol for Biden’s inauguration and wasn’t even present on January 6th – but he still got put on the no-fly list because of bad intelligence from Biden’s FBI.
Another victim was the wife of a federal air marshal who also wasn’t at the Capitol on January 6th but ended up on a watchlist due to more faulty FBI intelligence.
These people had their constitutional rights trampled because Biden’s bureaucrats wanted to settle political scores.
Sources at TSA say this represents "the most expansive use of putting U.S. citizens on a no-fly list in history."⁴
Noem demands accountability
Secretary Noem isn’t just exposing this abuse – she’s taking action.
"Biden’s TSA wildly abused their authority, targeting Americans who posed no aviation security risk under the banner of political differences," Noem said.⁵
She’s referring the case to the Department of Justice for prosecution and demanding a Congressional investigation.
"President Trump promised to end the weaponization of government against the American people, and we are making good on that promise," Noem added.⁶
Look, this is exactly what conservatives warned about during the Biden years.
The regime used every tool at their disposal to target and intimidate political opponents while claiming to defend "democracy."
They put mask resisters on terrorist watchlists while simultaneously allowing millions of unvetted illegal immigrants to pour across the border with zero screening.
They treated concerned parents at school board meetings like domestic terrorists while ignoring actual violent criminals in Democrat-run cities.
The hypocrisy was staggering – and now we have the receipts proving it was all coordinated from the top.
For folks who stood up against government overreach during COVID or questioned the 2020 election, this vindication comes at a steep price.
These Americans had their freedom of movement restricted and were treated like enemies of the state for exercising their constitutional rights.
Some couldn’t visit dying relatives or attend important family events because Biden’s bureaucrats decided their political views made them dangerous.
The real question now is whether anyone will face consequences for this unprecedented abuse of power.
Noem is demanding accountability, but we’ve seen how the Washington swamp protects its own.
These TSA officials violated their oaths and weaponized the federal government against American citizens for political reasons.
That’s not just wrong – it’s criminal.
President Trump ran on ending the weaponization of government, and Secretary Noem is delivering on that promise by exposing the full scope of Biden’s authoritarian overreach.
But exposure isn’t enough.
Americans deserve to see the bureaucrats who orchestrated this scheme held accountable in court.
