The Deep State’s war against Donald Trump left behind plenty of casualties.

Some of the worst actors thought they could get away with their schemes forever.

But a federal judge crushed Peter Strzok with one ruling that left the anti-Trump FBI agent devastated.

Obama-appointed judge delivers stunning blow to former FBI agent

Peter Strzok represented everything wrong with the weaponized federal law enforcement agencies that tried to destroy Donald Trump.

The former FBI agent sent anti-Trump text messages to his colleague Lisa Page while leading the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump’s campaign and Russia.

When Strzok was terminated during Trump’s first term, he had the audacity to sue the government claiming his constitutional rights were violated.

But even an Obama-appointed judge couldn’t accept Strzok’s weak legal arguments.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson completely rejected Strzok’s claims that his termination violated the First Amendment and Fifth Amendment.

The court found that Strzok’s "interest in expressing his opinions about political candidates on his FBI phone at that time was outweighed by the FBI’s interest in avoiding the appearance of bias in its ongoing investigations of those very people, and in protecting against the disruption of its law enforcement operations under then-Director Wray’s leadership."¹

In other words, the judge recognized that Strzok’s behavior compromised the FBI’s credibility and justified his termination.

Jackson also dismantled Strzok’s due process claims, finding they were "predicated on a misrepresentation of the facts and distortion of the chronology."¹

The judge explained that "there is no evidence to support a finding that plaintiff entered into a contract … that gave him a property interest in his tenure before the Deputy Director exercised his authority to terminate him, or that plaintiff lacked notice and an opportunity to be heard before his fate was decided."¹

The real criminals in the Russia hoax still walk free

Here’s what should make every patriotic American furious about this whole situation.

Strzok wasn’t just sending critical texts about Trump – he was actively working to undermine a sitting President while holding one of the most powerful positions in federal law enforcement.

Remember, this is the same FBI agent who promised Lisa Page they had an "insurance policy" in case Trump won the election.

The same agent who texted "We’ll stop it" when Page worried about Trump becoming President.

These weren’t just personal opinions shared between lovers – these were the communications of a federal agent actively plotting against the President of the United States.

And Strzok had the nerve to claim his firing violated his constitutional rights?

The real constitutional violation was Strzok using his position at the FBI to target Trump with a bogus investigation based on Russian disinformation.

But here’s the part that will make your blood boil.

While this Obama judge correctly threw out Strzok’s employment lawsuit, the Biden administration previously paid this corrupt agent and his colleague Lisa Page millions in settlements over the release of their text messages.

That’s right – taxpayers had to pay Peter Strzok and Lisa Page because someone had the audacity to expose their anti-Trump plotting.

The man who tried to overthrow an election got a multi-million dollar payday from Joe Biden.

Trump’s house cleaning continues

The good news is that President Trump is back in office and conducting the most thorough house cleaning in federal law enforcement history.

FBI Director Kash Patel is rooting out the corrupt agents who turned America’s premier law enforcement agency into a political weapon for the Democrat Party.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is ensuring that justice is finally served for those who weaponized the legal system against conservative Americans.

And Trump’s entire administration is working to restore the rule of law after four years of Biden’s weaponized government.

Characters like Peter Strzok represent everything that went wrong with our federal agencies over the past decade.

These people thought they were untouchable.

They believed they could use their positions to target political opponents without any consequences.

This court ruling sends a clear message – those days are over.

The American people elected Trump to drain the swamp, and that’s exactly what’s happening.

Every corrupt bureaucrat who thought they could outlast Trump is learning a hard lesson about accountability.

The Deep State’s war against Trump failed spectacularly, and now they’re facing the consequences of their actions.

Patriots who love this country can take satisfaction in knowing that justice is finally being served.
