The files reveal FBI sources told agents back in 2017 and 2019 that Joe Biden personally met with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to protect his son Hunter’s business deals with Burisma Holdings.

The FBI apparently decided this wasn’t worth investigating while they spent years chasing down every Trump associate who ever ordered borscht at a Russian restaurant.
The documents show Biden wasn’t just some clueless old man stumbling into his son’s business meetings.

The million dollar payoff that the FBI ignored
The documents get even more damning when you dig into the specifics of what Zlochevsky was trying to pull off.
FBI informants told agents that the Burisma owner tried to offer President Poroshenko $100 million in ownership shares and "guaranteed profits from gas sales."
All Poroshenko had to do in return was shut down the Interpol investigation into Burisma.
But that’s not all.
The sources told the FBI that Biden and Hunter invested money into Burisma through a Latvian shell company.
This sounds exactly like the kind of money laundering scheme that would have had federal prosecutors drooling if it involved anyone with an "R" after their name.
Remember, this is the same FBI that was wiretapping Trump campaign associates over a fake Russian dossier paid for by Hillary Clinton.
But when it came to actual evidence of the sitting Vice President’s son getting rich off foreign corruption, they apparently found more pressing matters to investigate.
During a Tuesday hearing, Grassley stated that "to date, the FBI has never answered Congress whether they investigated the text messages, the audio files, and financial records referenced in that 1023."
The Biden shakedown that paid off big time
Look, here’s what really happened, and it’s not complicated.
Joe Biden flew to Ukraine in December 2015 and told officials they wouldn’t get $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees unless they fired prosecutor Viktor Shokin.
Biden even bragged about this on camera, telling a story about how he threatened to leave Ukraine on a plane in six hours unless Shokin got the boot.
Months later, Ukrainian lawmakers canned the prosecutor.
The FBI had sources telling them this was all connected to protecting Hunter’s Burisma paycheck, but they sat on the information while Democrats in Congress spent two years trying to impeach Trump for asking questions about this exact corruption.

The same agency that launched a years-long investigation based on opposition research from the Clinton campaign couldn’t be bothered to follow up on credible allegations that the Vice President was using his office to enrich his family through foreign corruption schemes.

This is about a federal law enforcement agency that operates with two completely different sets of rules depending on which political party you belong to.
