The Left has been playing the same tired game for years whenever their radical allies commit acts of violence.

They immediately pivot to their favorite deflection tactic to muddy the waters.

And Greg Gutfeld delivered one brutal reality check to Jessica Tarlov that left her reeling.

Gutfeld explodes when Tarlov pulls out the "both sides" card

The Five was rolling along like usual when Jessica Tarlov decided to step on a landmine.

Gutfeld had just finished making his point about the pattern of political violence coming from one direction.

That’s when Tarlov made the classic liberal mistake of reaching for the Democrat Party’s favorite deflection playbook.

"Yeah, so what about Vance Boelter? What about Melissa Hortman that we just talked about?" Tarlov said, trying to create false equivalencies.

Gutfeld wasn’t having any of it. He torched her attempt at false equivalencies with precision that would make a surgeon jealous.

"Don’t play that bulls**t with me," Gutfeld fired back.¹

The Fox News host wasn’t about to let Tarlov muddy the waters with her tired routine.

Gutfeld made it clear that there’s a huge difference between random isolated incidents and what we’re actually seeing from the radical Left.

"None of us were spending every single day talking about Mrs. Hortman. I never heard of her until after she died," Gutfeld explained. "There was no demonization, amplification about that woman before she died. It was a specific crime against her by somebody who knew her."

But Gutfeld was just getting warmed up.

He delivered the knockout punch that had Tarlov and every other liberal watching squirming in their seats.

"The fact of the matter is, the both sides argument not only doesn’t fly, we don’t care. We don’t care about your both sides argument. That s**t is dead," Gutfeld declared.

Gutfeld exposes the Left’s desperate rationalization game

Look, here’s what’s really happening – and Gutfeld nailed it perfectly.

The Left knows they’ve got a massive problem on their hands with political violence, so they’re scrambling to create false equivalencies to take the heat off.

But Americans aren’t buying it anymore.

Gutfeld called out exactly what every conservative watching has been thinking for years. "On your side, your beliefs do not match reality, so you’re coming up with these rationalizations, like, ‘What about this,’ or, ‘What about that?’" he said.

The guy’s absolutely right. While conservatives deal in facts, the Left deals in fiction.

"We saw it happen. We saw a young, bright man assassinated and we know who did it. We are not coming up with rationalizations. We are calm, we are honest, and we are resolute. We’re not defensive," Gutfeld continued.

Then he dropped the bomb that should have every parent in America paying attention.

"If you sat around and you defended the mutilation of children, you’re not the good guys," Gutfeld stated.

He connected the dots that the mainstream media refuses to acknowledge – when you normalize one form of evil, you make it easier to justify others.

Gutfeld even called out the ideological indoctrination behind Charlie Kirk’s assassination. "He was a patsy. He was under the hypnotic spell of a direct-to-consumer nihilism, the trans cult," Gutfeld explained.

Here’s the part that should terrify every American – "If you can decide that biology is false, you can agree that murder is okay and that humanity’s expendable."

The "both sides" argument just died on live television

You want to know what this really means? The old playbook isn’t working anymore.

For decades, Democrats and their media allies could deflect from their own party’s extremism by claiming "both sides do it." But that game is over.

Gutfeld put it perfectly when he told Tarlov, "The two sides argument… it’s like pig Latin to a duck. Charlie had a conversation and he got shot. This thing is with us for good."

The American people have watched radical leftists celebrate violence, excuse assassination attempts, and demonize conservatives as "fascists" who deserve whatever happens to them.

We’ve seen over 600 cases of harassment and violence against Republicans while the media stays silent or makes excuses.

And now we’ve watched a young conservative leader get gunned down after months of the Left calling him a fascist.

The pattern is undeniable, and Gutfeld just called it out in front of millions of Americans.

"We don’t care what the what-about-ism is anymore. That s**t’s dead," Gutfeld concluded.

He’s absolutely right. Americans are done with the games, the deflections, and the false equivalencies.

Political violence in this country has a clear source – and it’s not coming from the people who believe in law and order, constitutional rights, and protecting children.

It’s coming from the side that thinks biology is negotiable, that calls their political opponents fascists, and that cheers when conservatives get attacked.

Voters will remember exactly who tried to excuse and rationalize political violence when it mattered most.
