U.S. Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) appeared on "The Breakfast Club" and delivered one of the most disgusting attacks on federal law enforcement officers in recent memory.
The radical leftist congresswoman compared Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to "slave patrols" from the pre-Civil War South.¹
Think about that for a second – she’s comparing brave men and women who risk their lives every day to remove dangerous criminals from American streets to the enforcers of slavery.
But Crockett wasn’t done spewing her venom against the heroes keeping our communities safe.
She doubled down on her attack, painting ICE agents as modern-day racists hunting down innocent people.
The timing of her inflammatory rhetoric couldn’t be worse – ICE agents are already facing unprecedented violence from radical activists who’ve been fed a steady diet of anti-law enforcement propaganda.
DHS official destroys Crockett’s narrative with hard facts
Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin wasn’t having any of Crockett’s garbage when she appeared on Fox News’ "America Reports" Monday.
McLaughlin absolutely destroyed Crockett’s narrative by laying out the facts that radical leftists don’t want you to know.
"70 percent of those illegal aliens who have been arrested under this administration have either prior criminal convictions or pending criminal charges against them," McLaughlin explained to hosts Sandra Smith and John Roberts.²
Just over the weekend, ICE agents arrested multiple child pedophiles and rapists – the worst criminals plaguing America’s streets.
These aren’t the innocent families that radical leftists love to tearfully describe in their propaganda.
These are dangerous predators who prey on children and commit violent crimes against American citizens.
But instead of thanking ICE agents for removing these monsters from our communities, radical leftist politicians like Crockett are painting targets on their backs.
McLaughlin didn’t mince words about what Crockett’s rhetoric really accomplishes.
"When you continue to liken ICE to the Gestapo, to the Nazis, what Jasmine Crockett just did with likening them to slave patrols, they are dehumanizing our officers, and are giving OK to radical activists – they’re really giving them the permission slip to use violence against them," McLaughlin stated.³
"And it’s wrong, it’s disgusting and it has to stop now," she added.
Violence against ICE agents is already happening
McLaughlin’s warning about violence isn’t theoretical – it’s already happening across the country.
Just this past July, radical activists fired pistols at ICE agents during raids on California marijuana farms.
These officers were doing their jobs, going after criminal operations, and they were met with gunfire.
That’s what happens when radical leftist politicians spend years telling their followers that ICE agents are equivalent to slave catchers and Nazi storm troopers.
The rhetoric has real consequences, and those consequences include federal law enforcement officers getting shot at while trying to protect American communities.
President Donald Trump has already hinted at stepped-up enforcement efforts in sanctuary cities like Chicago, where radical leftist mayors like Brandon Johnson actively obstruct ICE operations.
Trump posted a meme referencing "Apocalypse Now" on Truth Social, including the famous line "I love the smell of napalm in the morning."⁴
The message was clear – the administration isn’t backing down from removing criminal illegal aliens, regardless of how much radical leftists whine about it.

Look, these officers are removing child rapists and murderers from American streets.

Here’s the truth that the radical left doesn’t want you to know – ICE agents are heroes who risk everything to keep America safe.
They deserve our respect and gratitude, not comparisons to slave patrols from a radical leftist congresswoman who’s more concerned with scoring political points than protecting American families.
The choice is clear – you can stand with brave law enforcement officers, or you can stand with radical leftist politicians who give permission slips for violence against the men and women in blue.
The American people know which side they’re on.
