The Biden Crime Family thought they could hide their dirty Chinese money forever.
But a high-ranking FBI mole just got caught protecting the very spies who were paying Hunter millions.
And this corrupt FBI official exposed one ugly secret that has the Biden family scrambling for cover.
FBI mole warned Chinese company doing business with Hunter Biden
Remember when Democrats spent four years screaming about Russian collusion that never existed?
Well, here’s what actual collusion looks like – and it runs straight through the Biden family bank accounts.
Charles McGonigal ran the FBI’s counterintelligence division in New York from 2016 to 2018.
That means he was supposed to be protecting America from foreign spies and influence operations.
Instead, this guy was running his own little side business tipping off the very people he was supposed to be investigating.
The Justice Department’s Inspector General just dropped a bombshell report about how McGonigal sabotaged an FBI probe into China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC) – the same Chinese company that funneled millions to Hunter and James Biden.¹
In June 2017, McGonigal met with an Albanian official working for CEFC and told him "something to the effect of ‘we are looking into them’ or ‘we are going after them.’"¹
The Albanian official – identified only as "Person B" in the report – understood that McGonigal was talking about the FBI going after CEFC.¹
At the time, knowledge of this investigation was "limited to a small number of government personnel."¹
So this wasn’t some accidental slip-up at a cocktail party.
McGonigal deliberately compromised an active counterintelligence investigation.
The very next day, Person B traveled to Washington, D.C., and warned Patrick Ho – CEFC’s top executive – about what he’d learned from his FBI mole.¹
He told Ho that the bureau had plans to arrest him and potentially others involved with CEFC.¹
Person B then shared this leaked intelligence with CEFC China Chairman Ye Jianming, who warned another FBI target about the potential arrests.¹
Hunter Biden called his Chinese contact the "spy chief of China"
Here’s where it gets really interesting for the Biden family.
Documents obtained by the House Oversight Committee show that Hunter Biden referred to Patrick Ho as his client and called him the "f–king spy chief of China."¹
Ho agreed to pay Hunter a $1 million retainer for "Counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm or Lawyer."¹
In other correspondence between Hunter and CEFC, he said that any deals struck would be "interesting for me and my family."¹
Hunter and his uncle James Biden raked in $4.8 million from CEFC’s affiliate company, CEFC China Energy, in 2017 and 2018.¹
That’s right – while the FBI was investigating CEFC for potential crimes, the Biden family was cashing checks from the very same company.
And they knew exactly who they were dealing with.
Hunter literally called his contact the spy chief of China, then took his money anyway.
James Biden tried to help Chinese spy avoid arrest
But wait – it gets worse.
The Inspector General’s report reveals that James Biden reached out to a retired Secret Service agent working as a private investigator in November 2017.¹
The subject line on James Biden’s email read: "Re new case I need ASAP—I’m in Hong Kong."¹
"Have info on an individual I need a background on one specific issue. Very timely. Thanks Jim [phone number]. Please call," the message read.¹
On a phone call, James Biden told the former Secret Service agent that "we have information from China that Ho may be arrested" and that Ho wanted to travel to the United States but was concerned about a potential warrant.¹
The private investigator couldn’t locate an active warrant for Ho’s arrest, but warned James Biden that arrest warrants are "sensitive" and don’t always appear in the databases he searched.¹
The FBI concluded that Ho "decided to attend the CEFC event after James Biden or another individual likely told Ho, relying on information provided by a private investigator, that it was safe for Ho to return to the United States."¹
Ho attended the event and was promptly arrested on bribery and money laundering charges when he arrived from China.¹

The same FBI that spent years chasing phantom Russian collusion stories about Donald Trump had a corrupt agent actively protecting Chinese spies who were paying the Biden family millions of dollars.
McGonigal was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison in 2023 for colluding with a Russian oligarch.¹
But his leaks about the China investigation – the one involving the Biden family’s business partners – were only made public this week.
Here’s the thing that should make every American furious: while Democrats and their media allies spent four years screaming about Trump’s supposed ties to Russia, the Biden family was literally on the payroll of Chinese intelligence operatives.
And a corrupt FBI official was helping them cover it up.
The Inspector General’s report says McGonigal’s actions "were extraordinary and dishonored the FBI’s core values of integrity, accountability, and leadership expected of all FBI personnel."¹
"Through his scheme, McGonigal intentionally damaged an important criminal case, violated the public trust, and compromised the integrity of the FBI."¹
But here’s what they’re not telling you – this wasn’t just about one corrupt agent.
This exposes a pattern of the FBI protecting Democrat politicians while going after Republicans.
The same bureau that raided Trump’s home over classified documents gave Hunter Biden a sweetheart plea deal that a federal judge had to throw out.
The same FBI that spent millions investigating Russian collusion that didn’t exist ignored Chinese collusion that’s documented in bank records and emails.
James Biden told Congress he didn’t plan to inform Ho about what he learned from the private investigators.¹
"Absolutely not," he insisted. "I just wanted to know, you know, if there was any issue with Patrick Ho. Not to inform or anything else. Just for my own edification."¹
Right. James Biden just happened to be researching arrest warrants for Chinese spies "for his own edification" while his family was cashing $4.8 million in checks from the same company.
What are the odds?
This is exactly why Joe Biden handed out those blanket pardons to Hunter and other family members on his way out the door.
They knew this kind of evidence was going to come out eventually.
The Biden Crime Family got rich selling access to American foreign policy, and they had help from corrupt FBI officials who were supposed to be protecting our country from exactly this kind of foreign influence operation.
Democrats spent four years claiming Trump was a Russian asset.
Turns out they were projecting the whole time.
