The walls are closing in on Adam Schiff faster than anyone expected.

New FBI documents just exposed what Democrats hoped would stay buried forever.

And Adam Schiff was caught red-handed in one FBI bombshell that could send him to prison for 20 years.

FBI whistleblower drops devastating testimony about Schiff’s classified leaks

FBI Director Kash Patel just released documents that should have every Democrat in Washington, D.C. scrambling for their lawyers.

The declassified FBI interview files contain explosive testimony from a Democrat whistleblower who served on the House Intelligence Committee for more than twenty years.

What this insider revealed to federal agents in 2017 reads like a political thriller – except it’s all real.

According to the declassified FBI interview, this whistleblower attended an all-staff meeting where Schiff "stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States Donald J. Trump" and that it "would be used to indict President Trump."¹

When the whistleblower objected to this scheme, other staff members reassured him that "they would not be caught."²

The motivation behind Schiff’s alleged crimes reveals everything

The FBI documents paint a damaging picture of why Schiff allegedly resorted to criminal leaks in the first place.

The whistleblower revealed to federal investigators that Schiff had been expecting appointment as CIA Director under Hillary Clinton.³

When Trump’s upset victory shattered those dreams in November 2016, the mood among Intelligence Committee Democrats was "indescribable," according to the witness.⁴

The declassified documents show that Democrat leaders saw the classified leaks as their way to damage the administration – with the FBI documents stating they viewed the disclosures as a way to "topple the administration" and "fix the constitutional crisis."⁵

The timing wasn’t coincidental.

Classified leaks began flowing to the press soon after Trump’s victory, with federal investigators eventually launching a major leak probe called ARCTIC HAZE on August 14, 2017.⁶

That probe examined eight news stories containing highly classified information that were published from April through June 2017.⁷

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley called the whistleblower’s account "truly chilling" if accurate.⁸

What makes these allegations particularly damaging is their brazen nature.

"When I first read it, frankly, I was taken aback because it’s perfectly moronic to commit such a felony through a planning conference meeting with staff," Turley said during his Fox News appearance.⁹

The professor observed that this approach isn’t "usually how things are leaked in Washington, D.C."¹⁰

But Turley stressed the credibility of the witness, emphasizing that the whistleblower provided these statements directly to FBI agents – where false statements carry serious felony consequences.¹¹

"The person who made this statement was no doubt aware that lying to FBI agents is not just a crime, but a crime that was repeatedly prosecuted during prior administrations," Turley explained.¹²

If proven true, Turley said Schiff could face "multiple counts" with sentences that could "easily go 10 years in terms of sentence, if not more."¹³

Former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman went even further, telling conservative podcaster Benny Johnson that Schiff could face up to 20 years in federal prison plus $250,000 fines for every piece of classified information he allegedly leaked.¹⁴

Biden’s pardon won’t save Schiff from these charges

In one of his final acts as President, Joe Biden granted Schiff a limited pardon – but it won’t help him here.¹⁵

Biden’s pardon only covers Schiff’s conduct related to the January 6th committee work.¹⁶

The alleged 2017-2018 classified leaks fall completely outside that narrow scope.¹⁷

Even worse for Schiff, he’s also facing a separate mortgage fraud investigation involving accusations that he falsely claimed two primary residences to get favorable loan terms.¹⁸

That conduct also occurred years outside Biden’s pardon protection.¹⁹

The speech and debate clause won’t protect Schiff either

Schiff’s allies might try to claim congressional immunity under the Constitution’s speech and debate clause.

But legal experts aren’t buying it.

Former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman explained that the speech and debate clause "is not a defense to criminally leaking and violating our classified document laws."²⁰

Members of Congress receive explicit warnings when they take office that unauthorized disclosures are federal crimes, Tolman noted.²¹

They’re required to review classified materials only in secure facilities and must surrender all electronics before entering those rooms.²²

"They treat this very seriously for everyone else," Tolman said, calling the Biden administration’s decision to ignore these allegations "outrageous" and "offensive to anybody that’s worked these kinds of cases."²³

Schiff’s damage control efforts fall flat

Schiff’s office dismissed the FBI whistleblower as a "disgruntled former staffer" and accused the Trump administration of trying to create distractions.²⁴

"Kash Patel’s latest smear against Senator Schiff is absolutely and categorically false," Schiff’s spokesperson claimed.²⁵

But the denial rings hollow when you consider the source.

This isn’t some partisan Republican making wild accusations.

The FBI documents reveal a career Democrat staffer who spent more than twenty years working on intelligence matters and who maintained professional relationships with leaders from both major parties.²⁶

The whistleblower even had a good relationship with both Schiff and former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes.²⁷

This is just the beginning of major leak investigations

John Solomon, who helped break this story for Just The News, said these FBI document releases are just the start.²⁸

Several more major leak investigations will be revealed over the next "several days," Solomon promised.²⁹

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the alleged conduct by Schiff and his Democrat counterparts was done "with one purpose: to weaponize intelligence and law enforcement for political gain."³⁰

The American people deserve to know the full extent of how Democrats weaponized classified intelligence to pursue their political vendettas against President Trump.

After years of Democrats claiming Trump posed a threat to democracy, these FBI documents reveal who the real threats were all along.

Now it’s time for accountability.

The statute of limitations may still allow prosecutions for some of this alleged conduct, especially if prosecutors can prove the criminal conspiracy continued or that evidence was concealed.³¹

With Trump’s Justice Department now in charge, Schiff may finally face the consequences that the corrupt Biden administration refused to pursue.
