A Biden Judge Made One Decision That Left ICE Agents Stranded in Hell

The Left has weaponized the judicial system to stop immigration enforcement.

But a judge’s ruling created a nightmare scenario that nobody saw coming.

And one federal judge made a decision that left ICE agents stranded in hell.

Federal judge’s order creates humanitarian crisis for ICE officers

The Trump administration launched an unprecedented crackdown on illegal immigration from day one.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers have been working around the clock to deport criminal aliens who have no business being in America.

But activist judges continue to throw roadblocks in front of Trump’s efforts to secure the border and remove dangerous criminals.

US District Judge Brian Murphy, who was appointed by former President Joe Biden, made one decision that turned a routine deportation flight into an international nightmare.

Eight illegal immigrants with violent criminal records were being deported to South Sudan when Murphy stepped in.

The judge claimed the Trump administration “unquestionably” violated a March decision on deportations and blocked the deportation.

Instead of reaching South Sudan as planned, the deportation flight was diverted and landed in Djibouti, a small nation on the Horn of Africa.

Now three ICE officers are trapped overseas in what can only be described as deplorable conditions.

The agents are stuck babysitting eight convicted criminals while living in conditions that would make a prison look like a luxury resort.

ICE agents facing ‘outrageous’ living conditions and security threats

According to reports from The Post, the stranded ICE officers are dealing with a humanitarian crisis of the judge’s making.

The eight criminal migrants are being housed in a converted shipping container on Camp Lemonnier, a US naval base in Djibouti.

The ICE officers must escort the deportees for basic necessities like bathroom breaks while maintaining 24-hour surveillance.

But the security concerns go far beyond keeping an eye on violent criminals.

Defense officials alerted ICE that Camp Lemonnier faces ongoing security risks from potential rocket strikes launched by Houthi militants operating from Yemen across the Red Sea.

The agents are also being exposed to toxic smog from nearby burn pits where locals dispose of trash and human waste.

According to the latest legal declaration from the Department of Homeland Security, the situation keeps getting worse.

The ICE agents didn’t have any malaria medication when they arrived, even though it’s currently malaria season in Africa.

Some officers reportedly began feeling sick within 72 hours of their arrival.

The three officers are living in cramped quarters, sharing sleeping accommodations in a trailer with inadequate resources.

The criminal aliens these agents are protecting America from

The eight illegal immigrants that Judge Murphy is protecting from deportation aren’t exactly choir boys.

Their rap sheets read like a horror movie script.

Enrique Arias Hierro, a Cuban national, was convicted in 1999 of attempted second-degree murder and robbery.

In 2007, he was convicted again for kidnapping, robbery, and impersonating a police officer, earning him a 15-year prison sentence.

Jose Manuel Rodriguez-Quinones, another Cuban national, has convictions for arson, cocaine trafficking, illegal firearm possession, and attempted first-degree murder.

Thongxay Nilakout, from Laos, was convicted in 1995 for the first-degree murder of a German tourist in California and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Jesus Munoz-Gutierrez stabbed his roommate to death with a knife and was convicted of second-degree murder in 2005.

Kyaw Mya was convicted in 2019 for repeatedly sexually assaulting a minor from 2011 to 2017, starting when the victim was only 7 years old.

Nyo Myint was convicted in 2020 of first-degree sexual assault involving a victim who was mentally and physically incapable of resisting.

Tuan Thanh Phan was convicted of first-degree murder after he randomly fired into a crowd following a gang dispute.

Dian Peter Domach was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to 14 years in prison.

These are the criminals that activist judges are bending over backwards to protect from deportation.

Activist judges continue to undermine Trump’s immigration agenda

This isn’t the first time federal judges have tried to sabotage Trump’s immigration enforcement.

Judges across the country have been issuing restraining orders and injunctions to block deportations and freeze federal funding.

The Trump administration has appealed to the Supreme Court to step in regarding this case, but so far nothing has happened.

The longer this stream of lower-court decisions usurping executive power continues, the less credibility the judiciary will have.

That’s not good for the country, and it’s certainly not good for the ICE agents who are paying the price for judicial activism.

These three officers signed up to protect America from dangerous criminals.

They didn’t sign up to be stranded in Africa because a federal judge decided to play politics with national security.

The American people elected Donald Trump to secure the border and deport criminal aliens.

Activist judges need to stop interfering with the President’s constitutional authority to enforce immigration law.
