Leftists went into full panic mode over the weekend.
They couldn’t believe what President Trump decided to share on social media.
Because Donald Trump just dropped the hammer with one announcement that could wipe every terrible Biden administration decision off the books at once.
Trump trolls the media with a provocative social media post
President Donald Trump has never been one to shy away from stirring up controversy on social media.
His Truth Social posts have consistently driven the news cycle and left his critics frantically trying to respond.
But Trump’s latest social media activity took things to a whole new level that had Democrats and their media allies completely beside themselves.
Over the weekend, Trump shared a post from another Truth Social user that made an outrageous claim about former President Joe Biden.
The original post came from a user with fewer than 1,000 followers who goes by the handle “llijh.”
“There is no #JoeBiden – executed in 2020. #Biden clones doubles & robotic engineered soulless mindless entities are what you see. #Democrats dont know the difference,” the post read.
Trump shared the link to this conspiracy theory post without adding his own commentary.
Critics were absolutely furious that Trump would amplify such a wild claim.
The post was responding to ongoing discussions about Biden’s declining mental health that have been circulating on the platform.
Democrats can’t handle Trump’s social media strategy
This wasn’t the only post Trump shared that evening.
He also shared several other Truth Social links without offering his own commentary on Saturday night.
Most of the other posts he shared focused on his efforts to bring steel manufacturing back to the United States.
But it was the Biden conspiracy theory post that sent Democrats and the media into overdrive.
They simply couldn’t comprehend why Trump would share such an outrageous claim.
The reality is that Trump has a long history of sharing various posts on his social media accounts that get people talking.
His social media strategy has always been about driving the conversation and keeping his opponents off balance.
And once again, Trump succeeded in getting everyone to talk about him instead of focusing on other issues.
Biden’s health concerns fuel speculation
The timing of Trump’s post comes amid increased scrutiny of Biden’s health situation.
Biden announced last month that he has been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer that has spread to his bones.
This type of cancer typically takes years to develop, leading critics to question what the White House knew and when they knew it.
Many are asking whether the Biden administration covered up the diagnosis for years while he was still serving as President.
Despite the controversy over the conspiracy theory post, Trump also shared a separate message expressing sympathy for Biden’s medical situation.
“Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis,” Trump wrote. “We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.”
The two men have met in person multiple times, including during Trump’s Inauguration Day roughly five months ago.
They also shared debate stages during both the 2020 and 2024 presidential campaigns.
Congressional Republicans investigate Biden’s health
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has been leading an investigation into questions about Biden’s health during his presidency.
Comer has summoned five of Biden’s confidants to answer questions about the former President’s health while he served as commander in chief.
Trump has previously raised concerns that Biden was not fully in control of his administration.
He has pointed to the White House’s increasingly common use of an autopen device to sign important documents as evidence.
“I think the autopen is going to become one of the great scandals of all time,” Trump said Friday during an Oval Office event with tech entrepreneur Elon Musk.
Trump also offered his assessment of Biden’s character during the same event.
“He’s been a sort of a moderate person over his life, and a smart person, but somewhat vicious person, I will say, if you feel sorry for him, don’t feel so sorry because he’s vicious,” Trump stated.
Biden remains optimistic about his treatment
For his part, Biden has remained optimistic about his cancer treatment and prognosis.
“We’re going to be able to beat this. We’re working on everything, it’s moving along. I feel good. All the folks are optimistic,” he told reporters Sunday night.
But Biden continues to face scrutiny from the mainstream media over his mental acuity.
A new book titled Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again has only added fuel to the fire.
The book details concerns about Biden’s cognitive decline and questions about whether it was covered up by his administration but was co-authored by Jake Tapper – who was arguably one the Biden administration’s chief media allies in precipitating the coverup.
Trump’s decision to share the conspiracy theory post may have been his way of highlighting these ongoing concerns about Biden’s fitness for office.
Whether you agree with Trump’s social media tactics or not, there’s no denying that he knows how to get people talking.
And once again, he’s managed to shift the entire conversation back to himself and the questions surrounding his predecessor’s health.
