The Left has been at an all-out war with Tulsi Gabbard ever since she joined Donald Trump’s administration.
They have good reason to fear Trump’s Director of National Intelligence.
And Tulsi Gabbard had this MSNBC host running scared after a guest made one jaw-dropping claim.
MSNBC guest calls Trump’s DNI a “Russian agent” on live TV
The liberal media is in full meltdown mode over President Donald Trump’s Cabinet picks.
One of Trump’s most controversial nominations is former Democrat Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard to serve as Director of National Intelligence.
The Left hates Gabbard for abandoning the Democrat Party after they embraced endless wars and censorship.
On Sunday evening, MSNBC host Ayman Mohyeldin hosted Woke AF podcast host Danielle Moodie-Mills to discuss President Trump’s national security nominations.
The conversation quickly went off the rails when Moodie-Mills made an explosive claim about Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.
“I really hope that alternate universe me is really enjoying, like, a life that is nicer than where we are right now in this hellhole,” Moodie-Mills began, before launching into her attack on Gabbard.
“You know, why are we shocked? She’s — you know, we learned that she was a Russian agent. They celebrated her, you know. So why do we think that?” Moodie-Mills declared.
Mohyeldin was visibly surprised by the accusation and immediately pushed back.
“We learned that she was a Russian agent?” Mohyeldin asked.
“Yes,” Moodie-Mills responded confidently.
“Where did we learn that?” the MSNBC host pressed.
MSNBC host forced to fact-check his own guest
When challenged to provide evidence for her claim, Moodie-Mills cited former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who infamously suggested during the 2020 Presidential campaign that Gabbard was being “groomed” by the Russians.
“From Russia. We had it mentioned by Hillary Clinton during her debate. Like, should we look into Tulsi Gabbard?” Moodie-Mills claimed.
At this point, Mohyeldin was forced to interrupt his guest with a one-word fact-check.
“Unproven,” he stated firmly.
“Unproven. Okay, okay,” Moodie-Mills responded, clearly caught off guard by the pushback from her liberal ally.
Mohyeldin wasn’t done setting the record straight.
“Unproven. Allegation? No, I’m serious. I mean, ‘agent’ is a very strong word, of a foreign state,” he explained.

The awkward exchange highlighted the desperation of the liberal media as they tried to undermine Trump’s Cabinet.
MSNBC’s history of pushing Russia conspiracies
This isn’t the first time MSNBC has been forced to walk back false claims about Gabbard.
Just last month, multiple hosts on the left-wing network had to issue corrections after The Associated Press retracted an article claiming Gabbard described President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin as “very good friends.”
MSNBC spent years pushing the debunked Russia collusion narrative, regularly featuring Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff, who repeatedly made false claims about alleged collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia.
Despite being caught in her lie, Moodie-Mills doubled down on her attacks against Gabbard.
“Very strong allegations. And I don’t know anybody else that gets celebrated on Russian television other than, I don’t know, Tucker Carlson. Right? Right. And Donald Trump. Right? So, people who don’t have allegations about them don’t get celebrated in this way,” she continued.
“But why are we surprised that she would bring in a conspiracy theorist to lead one of the most important jobs and agencies? But I — you know, so it a shock? No, it’s not. It’s just — it continues to make America dangerous to the world.”
Unlike the liberal talking heads who attack her, Gabbard has actually served her country. The Army Times reports she deployed to Iraq with the Hawaii National Guard and currently serves in an Army Reserve Civil Affairs unit.
The exchange shows just how unhinged Trump’s opponents have become as they desperately try to delegitimize his Presidency before it even begins.
