However, it appears that Joe Biden himself may have fallen victim to a scam, in what could be one of the biggest scams in modern American history.
After analyzing the hundreds of pardons that Joe Biden allegedly signed in the final days of his presidency, Trump administration officials realized that a key figure in the Biden administration likely may have made unilateral determinations on what to auto-sign and that they were likely using different auto-pens.
Many Americans are wondering whether Joe Biden had any idea that these documents were being signed on his behalf.
There is a political group that does not believe in signature verification for mail-in election ballots.

An anonymous Biden White House employee has since spoken out to the New York Post regarding the matter, claiming that “I feared no one as much as I feared that [staffer].”
The unnamed former staffer added, “To me, [the staffer] basically was the president,” the person said. “No one ever questioned [the staffer]. Period.”
Trump administration FBI Director Kash Patel is likely looking to uncover the identity of any Biden staffer who misused the autopen.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has asked the Department of Justice (DOJ) to look into the matter, claiming that the misuse of autopen on certain documents may invalidate them.
Bailey recently stated, “I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval.”
The Missouri Attorney General added, “If true, these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void.”
Bailey then took things a step further, telling the DOJ, “There are profound reasons to suspect that Biden’s staff and political allies exploited his mental decline to issue purported presidential orders without his knowing approval,”

As Bailey noted in his letter to the DOJ, the Biden administration’s careless use of autopen calls into question whether Joe Biden had any control over his own administration.
Many Americans fear that Joe Biden simply served as a figurehead, with radical “woke” staffers doing all of the work and making all of the decisions behind the scenes.
The Donald Trump administration has pledged to look into this matter, and the results of these investigations could provide insight into who called the shots over the last four years.
