CNN’s Kara Swisher just made a flatly false statement about Big Tech’s role in the 2020 elections

Leftists and their allies in the media have gone into a full-blown panic, spewing utter nonsense as they try to make sense of this irrefutable surge from the Trump campaign.
Last week, for example, CNN contributor Kara Swisher went on an unhinged tirade on national television.
While discussing recent comments Senator J.D. Vance made about the collusion between the federal government and social media companies, Swisher stated that his claims were “absolute nonsense.”
Vance’s comments were specifically referring to the silencing of the New York Post’s bombshell report about Hunter Biden’s laptop, which Twitter wrote off as “misinformation” removing the story and the media outlet from their platform without properly verifying it.
Swisher even went as far as to state, “There is no proof that tech companies colluded to do this. This is nonsense and he knows it.”
CNN political analyst Scott Jennings immediately pushed back against these false claims, telling Swisher that not only did Twitter censor this report, but there was a much larger “institutional effort” to silence the New York Post’s laptop story.
Jennings then asked, “Wasn’t the New York Post thrown off of Twitter?
This infuriated Swisher, who replied, “I don’t know why you keep repeating things that aren’t true.”
Jennings could not believe his ears, stating that the New York Post did in fact get booted off of Twitter – which is among the examples of censorship that led Elon Musk to purchase Twitter and change the name to X as a result.
Despite just accusing Jennings of lying, Swisher conceded, “They did, and then [Twitter] said they made a mistake and they put them right back on, just like CNN does, just like The New York Times does.”
This unhinged rant shows just how angry many on the left have become, knowing that a Donald Trump presidency is highly likely.
Not only did Twitter remove the New York Post from their platform, but other companies were caught red-handed working with the federal government to silence their political enemies.
In a recent letter to Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH), Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg flat-out admitted to succumbing to pressure from the Biden-Harris administration to censor Americans online.
Zuckerberg even went as far as to admit that the administration would get angry whenever his staff pushed back against their requests.
