Donald Trump is wasting no time making an impact in his second go as President.
Less than a week in the office and he’s already keeping campaign promises with sweeping changes.
But now the administrative state is using this loophole to skirt one of President Trump’s newest rules.
Donald Trump ends federal DEI programs
“We will forge a society that is colorblind and merit-based.”
Those were the words of President Donald Trump during his second inaugural address.
And President Trump followed those words with actions.
As one of his first acts in his second term as President, Trump signed executive orders putting an end to ex-President Joe Biden’s obsession with Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
As part of Trump’s executive order, the discriminatory DEI departments in all federal agencies were disbanded.
As a result, workers in those departments have been put on administrative leave.
Additionally, The New York Times is reporting DEI-related work orders have been stopped in a wide range of federal departments.
However, the federal bureaucracy is stuffed to the brim with committed leftist who view themselves as self-proclaimed “social justice warriors.”
And they’re not ready to give up on their wasteful and divisive DEI mission.
New name, same terrible taste
Ford, Harley Davidson, Indian Motorcycles, Polaris, Molson-Coors, Jack Daniels, Lowes, John Deere, and Tractor Supply Co, are all companies that have reportedly ended their DEI operations after public pressure mounted following filmmaker and conservative activist Robby Starbuck and others exposing the programs.
Along with City Journal and Manhattan Institute journalist Christopher F. Rufo, Starbuck is considered one of the leading voices combating DEI efforts across the nation.
And in a recent report, Starbuck exposed an end-around the National Security Agency (NSA) is hoping to run to avoid Trump’s DEI-ending executive orders.
According to Starbuck’s informants, the NSA foresaw the changes coming and pre-empted them by changing the name of their DEI department.
“Big news: An NSA whistleblower has alerted me that the NSA is attempting to hide their DEI program by renaming it the Equal Employment Opportunity and Accessibility group,” Starbuck tweeted. “As you can see, the training is the same and within it you find ‘DEIA as tradecraft.’”

Starbuck was sure to forward the message along to President Trump, Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) co-chair Elon Musk, and Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
But Starbuck quickly followed with a second similar report.
It seems the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) could potentially be copying from the NSA’s homework.
“I’ve received 2 tips I can’t yet corroborate that the FBI is doing the same thing,” Starbuck tweeted. “If you are in the FBI with evidence that they are doing the same thing in an attempt to conceal DEI, you MUST report it to the Office of Personnel Management in the next 10 days. Immediately do so!”

Starbuck’s 10-day timetable is not arbitrary.
Trump White House was ready to respond
It seems the new Trump administration was wise to the camouflage efforts of the federal bureaucrats.
The New York Times is reporting that the Trump White House Wednesday issued a warning across the federal government that efforts to evade the new anti-DEI rules would result in “adverse consequences.”
Furthermore, federal employees were ordered to report any efforts they witnessed to skirt the new policies.
“These programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars and resulted in shameful discrimination,” the email to federal staff read. “There will be no adverse consequences for timely reporting this information. However, failure to report this information within 10 days may result in adverse consequences.”
Kristi Noem’s Department of Homeland Security changed the template email slightly.
Noem’s office switched “may result in adverse consequences,” with “will result in adverse consequences.”
