And Taylor Swift’s lawyers are sweating bullets over links to this shocking investigation.
Taylor Swift, government asset?
One of Donald Trump’s most impactful decisions was selecting Elon Musk to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
In a short amount of time, DOGE has exposed mountains of government malfeasance.
For instance, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has recently come under fire for funding dark money operations around the globe, including inside the United States.
The foreign policy establishment uses USAID to fund organizations and movements that could be useful in a particular conflict.
For example, USAID reportedly funded “hip hop diplomacy” according to The Washington Diplomat by funneling money to breakdancing groups in Cameroon.
In that same vein, artists in the West similarly could be getting funded from government sources.
Pop diva Taylor Swift got swept into the conservation because she was referenced in a NATO presentation in terms of how entertainment celebrities can move the needle socially.
Benz on Rogan
Mike Benz, who worked in the first Trump administration, appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast to discuss the USAID scandal.
He has been banging the drum about USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), a CIA cutout, for a long time.
Benz explained how the NATO presentation “says, you know. . .celebrities who can be trained to spread desired messaging. I think that was the exact phrase. Trained to spread desired messaging. And the presenter goes over the drawbacks of this and how. . .you know, we need to decide some of the moral efficacy of this.”
When foreign governments are hostile to American interests, USAID can be deployed to fund assets to protest against that particular regime.
Benz continued, “But basically saying that, you know, Taylor Swift has worked in various things before that have been empirically shown to move the needle on government initiatives. For example, her Get Out the Vote. . .her public health campaign stuff.”
Benz stressed that this information was on NATO’s official website, not some random blog.
He added, “This is on NATO’s—we pay for NATO. We paid for this to be pitched. Now, here’s where some of this story got misreported. I don’t know that anyone from NATO directly reached out to Taylor Swift or her campaign to do that. And if they did, this would not be formalized in a formal Pentagon grant or quid pro quo. But I should note, look at who the biggest sponsor of South by Southwest is in Texas now. It’s the military. . .Pentagon funding. They’ve taken over the music industry because it’s ‘hearts and minds’ work.”

This could provide one explanation for why so many entertainment celebrities instantly jump on whatever the official narrative might be.
Worse yet, taxpayer dollars are unwittingly going to such operations.
Benz told Rogan that the USAID discovery is just the tip of the iceberg.
It’s impossible to know what DOGE might turn up next.
