The Deep State isn’t going to let go of power without a fight.

Things like this aren’t supposed to happen in America.

And Steve Bannon sounded the alarm on this act of treachery the Deep State is plotting.

Federal employees plan to defy Donald Trump’s orders

The residents of the White House change but the unelected bureaucrats who work for the federal government remain the same.

Government bureaucrats a part of the Deep State worked to undermine President-elect Donald Trump during his first term.

A poll conducted by RMG Research found that a substantial number of them are going to do it again.

War Room podcast host Steve Bannon had Daily Signal editor Robert Bluey on as a guest to break down the results of the poll.

“We’re the leaders in the deconstruction of the administrative state,” Bannon said. “Rob, you had a piece there, and we keep saying the administrative state and Deep State are not there. They’re not going to follow President Trump’s orders. There’s going to be some resistance. But you guys have a poll up that says, I think it’s 50% of the administrative state, 50% say that they’re going to basically form a resistance to President Trump.”

Bluey noted that Bannon has been warning Trump supporters to get complacent about the pushback that the President-elect is going to receive.

“The legacy media has been telling us for weeks now, everyone’s bending a knee to Trump and writing big checks to Trump and the resistance isn’t there,” Bluey explained. We should not expect anything like what we saw in 2017. Well, this poll should disprove all of that.”

The federal bureaucracy is ready to go rogue

Bluey noted Vice President Kamala Harris’ voters in the federal government overwhelmingly said in the poll they would disobey orders from the Trump administration.

“In fact, if you look specifically at the number of federal employees who voted for Kamala Harris, two-thirds of them have said that they will outright ignore directives from the President or do things in that they can in their power to resist him from carrying out his agenda,” Bluey said. “This is the reality of what is going on in Washington, D.C., right now.”

Bannon pointed out that Trump is going to issue a slew of executive orders on day one but he needs the federal government to carry them out.

“The shocking thing about your poll is you say right out of the box, Trump is like in Saigon in 1966,” Bannon said. “You don’t, the enemy, you don’t know where they are, who they are, but you know, they’re out there and the, you know, they’re embedded, sir.”

Bluey said that Democrats have done a much better job than Republicans of getting their allies into the federal government.

He argued that Republicans leave when the administrations change while Democrats stay in the federal government.

“They stay to enact their agenda, not the President’s agenda,” Bluey said. “This is why we are big advocates that the President should have the executive authority and the ability to fire these individuals who don’t follow his directives.”

Donald Trump’s administration is going to have to go to war against the rogue bureaucrats in the federal government.
