Donald Trump barely survived an assassination attempt in Pennsylvania last year.

Now the FBI has apprehended another man accused in a deadly plot at the same location.

And Kash Patel blindsided Donald Trump with news the FBI arrested ‘Mr. Satan’ over assassination plot in Butler, PA.

FBI stops Butler, PA YouTuber from carrying out Trump assassination

The deep state spent four years trying to take down Donald Trump during his first term as President.

Now unhinged leftists are taking matters into their own hands.

The FBI arrested 32-year-old Shawn Monper of Butler, Pennsylvania after he made a series of disturbing online threats to assassinate President Donald Trump.

Butler County is the exact same location where a gunman opened fire on Trump during a campaign rally in July 2023, grazing his ear and killing an innocent rally attendee.

United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced that Monper was taken into custody on April 10 with assistance from the Butler Township Police Department. Olshan confirmed that Monper has been charged with making threats to assault and murder President Trump and other officials, a federal offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

“Threatening to kill a President of the United States is a serious federal crime,” Olshan stated in the Department of Justice press release. “This office and our law enforcement partners are committed to identifying, investigating, and prosecuting all such threats.”

According to authorities, the FBI’s National Threat Operations Section received an emergency disclosure about threatening statements made by a YouTube user calling himself “Mr. Satan.” The investigation revealed these threats were posted between January 15 – just five days before Trump’s inauguration – and April 5.

When investigators traced the internet activity, they discovered it led directly to Monper’s address.

Left-wing radical was building an arsenal for violent revolution

This wasn’t just online talk – Monper was actively preparing to carry out his threats.

Investigators discovered Monper obtained a firearms permit shortly after Trump’s inauguration in January. In February, using his “Mr. Satan” account, he boasted, “I have bought several guns and been stocking up on ammo since Trump got in office.”

His violent rhetoric escalated quickly. In March, he wrote, “Eventually I’m going to do a mass shooting,” and just one week later added, “I have been buying 1 gun a month since the election, body armor, and ammo.”

FBI Special Agent in Charge Kevin P. Rojek of the FBI Pittsburgh Field Office explained why they took these threats so seriously: “If the FBI becomes aware of a threat to life that appears credible, we will not hesitate to investigate and take appropriate action,” Rojek said. “We are grateful for the hard work of the FBI Pittsburgh Joint Terrorism Task Force, which includes our valuable state and local partners, for bringing this matter to resolution so quickly.”

Monper’s deranged rants targeted not only President Trump but also other Trump administration officials. In a February 17 comment, he wrote: “Nah, we just need to start killing people, Trump, Elon, all the heads of agencies Trump appointed, and anyone who stands in the way.”

He even called for a violent uprising against Trump supporters, stating, “Remember, we are the majority, MAGA is a minority of the country, and by the time it’s time to make the move, they will be weakened, many will be crushed by these policies, and they will want revenge too. American Revolution 2.0.”

Anti-Trump radical made explicit threat during State of the Union

The most direct threat came on March 4 during Trump’s address to Congress. Commenting on a YouTube livestream of the event titled “Live: Trump’s address to Congress,” Monper wrote, “I’m going to assassinate him myself.”

According to the criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, his unhinged threats extended to other government officials as well. On March 18, he wrote, “ICE are terrorist people, we need to start killing them.” Followed up on April 1 with, “If I see an armed ice agent, I will consider it a domestic terrorist, and an active shooter and open fire on them.”

The investigation was conducted by the FBI’s Butler Resident Agency of the Pittsburgh Field Office, with assistance from the Butler Township Police Department.

Mainstream media silent on assassination threats

The liberal media spent years claiming Donald Trump and his supporters were threats to democracy.

But when a crazed leftist threatens to assassinate the President, you can hear crickets chirping in the newsrooms of CNN, MSNBC, and the New York Times.

This case represents the latest in a disturbing trend of threats against President Trump from the unhinged Left. The Butler, Pennsylvania connection is particularly alarming given the previous assassination attempt that nearly claimed Trump’s life.

The quick work of the FBI’s threat assessment team likely prevented another potential tragedy, identifying and neutralizing the threat before Monper could act on his alleged plans.

Many Trump supporters have long warned that the media’s relentless demonization of Trump and MAGA voters creates an environment that encourages unstable individuals to target the President.

This arrest comes as authorities are still facing scrutiny over security failures during the first Butler assassination attempt that allowed the shooter to position himself on a rooftop within range of Trump despite advance warnings about potential threats at the event.

While Trump hasn’t publicly commented on this latest threat, the White House is reportedly taking these threats seriously after the close call last summer.

Law enforcement officials continue to monitor online threats as Trump’s America First agenda faces violent resistance from the radical Left.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan D. Lusty is prosecuting the case for the government, making it clear that federal authorities are taking these threats with the utmost seriousness.

If convicted, Monper faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.
